Always listen to me, is my advice. 10 times out of 11 when I recommend something or say something it turns out to be right and/or the best option. (Not making this up). So whenever someone has the poor judgement no to listen to me I say they deserve what they get.

My advice to you, eat something with the aspirin, never a good idea to take it on an empty stomach.

Feel like shit when getting out of bed? Improve your health to give you more energy and help you sleep better.
Depressed? Try going for a run. Even a moderate jog can produce endorphins (hence the term, "runner's high")
Get sick/injured often? Improving your health will increase your resistance to both.
Ever have those days where you just can't think straight? Staying in good health will help you clear your mind.
