The best video game credits music

Exactly what it says in the title whats, in your opinion, the best music you've heard in a video game.

I guess I'll start, mine has to be dragon age origins as it suited the ending so well and I myself love 30 second to mars and it was unbelivebly epic as it was the first time I heard that song, I probably cried to be honest.

Anyway enough rambling what about you people?
