Liar...Names can only have 10 characters. Oh god, I just died inside of asshole syndrome.

I also would name my Starly ORLY? for the giggles.

Sometimes I would name them after their last evolution: Like naming CHARMANDER - CHARIZARD
CHARIZARD just evolved into... CHARMELEON
CHARIZARD just evolved into... CHARIZARD!

Bloody hell, I haven't played any of the Pokemon games in years, until recently. I never gave silly names to any of my characters or Pokemon, to be honest. I was always the boring one who stuck with the defaults, or named my characters after myself or friends. Anyway, I've only just recently got back into Pokemon, to be honest, playing through Diamond on an emulator. Might possibly get whatever the next generation turns out to be for DS though, if I can afford to .

Im pretty clever

but mostly stick with the orginal names. I hate it when you trade for a pokemon and you cant change the name. They are so freaking lame! just give me the normal name

I liked to nickname them in a specific order. Since you can only have 6 pokemon, I used to make up sentences.
E.G pokemon 1: "God"
pokemon 2: "Damn"
pokemon 3: "This"
pokemon 4: "Team"
pokemon 5: "Really"
pokemon 6: "Sucks"

something like that.
