[Amzer]

Wolfe looked surprised.
We just met...? Is it real? Or is it just some weird delusion?
Questioning it will only end it.
"You seem alarmed. Which probably means we're being watched...I remember seeing a dumpster on our way in. It's pretty much right below us. It would've made a perfect place to hide...I'll tell you the rest of what I think of you when we find what's watching us..."

"Smart too. I felt the eyes on me but it's stopped. Maybe he or she ran?" she whispered.
It can hear us I'm sure. Has it been following them this whole time.
Bridget leaned in again and kissed Henry, but stopped a second later keeping her lips near his.
"They could be armed, whisper for now. They can hear us"

 

[Mr Thin]

Silently he waited, listening. The man said... something about a dumpster? Surely not.

But now they were whispering, and he couldn't hear anything they were saying. Perhaps he was not as well hidden as he had thought.

As if matters were not already problematic enough, he heard shuffling noises coming from his right. Slow, scraping noises, as if someone was dragging a sack behind them.

Jaden was at a loss for what to do. Should he look? call for help? run? hide? The panic he'd thought behind him began to creep down his neck once more, fastening itself to his spine. Like a deer in the headlights, he froze up, hoping his immobility would prevent him from being seen by the people, and whatever it was approaching him.

The noise was getting louder.

 

[Amzer]

Wolfe whispered back "Well...If they are below us, they would be able to both see, and hear us...But anyways...What I think of you is that you are a capable fighter, and you have proven yourself to be far greater than just a simple 16 year old girl...And, where I might have been afraid to admit this earlier, I do have feelings for you. Mind you that love is just an abstract word for the feeling of attraction to a certain individual...And it isn't the word I would use here. It's meaning is not quite deep enough." He then studied her features even further.
Hopefully this isn't some weird delusion, because if it is, I just spilled my guts.
Wolfe looked away for a second, to see if he could see anything that -could- be watching them.
He then heard the shuffling.
"Do you hear that?" He whispered to Bridget.

Bridget kept her mouth close to his, whispering and not caring that they might actually be able to hear her.
"I do hear it but we need to pretend not to. Thank you for the compliments but we also need to stay focused." she hissed, blushing, "I'm going to move back and then we are going to leave this rooftop. We'll tell Dan to stay where he is, if he isn't sleeping, and then we'll sneak out to the dumpster." She saw his agreement and kissed him again, much longer this time. As she ended she brough her legs onto the roof and stood up.
"ready?" she whispered.

 

[Amzer]

"I am." Wolfe stood, as he grabbed for his knife. He then walked to the stairs, and the entrance of her hide out. He waited there for Bridget, knife in hand, ready to leave the hideout and see what could be watching them...Listening to them.
This better be good...

 

[Amzer]

Om nom. Nom.

Bridget had followed henry down and stood beside Dan while Henry watched the door. She knelt down to his ear.
"We're leaving and will be back very soon, possibly with someone else." she whispered before taking out her screwdriver and standing in front of Henry.
"Let me go first, watch through the window" she whispered before creeping out the front door and to the allyway.
The dumpster is over there
She crept along the wall to the dumpster and stood a metre away from it.
Do I confront him?
She looked back and montioned for Henry to join her.

 

[Amzer]

Wolfe went through the door, staying low, and moved to hear with haste.
Please be a survivor, and not one of them...If it's nothing, I will be somewhat aggravated...
Wolfe watched the dumpster intently, watching for movement.

 

[Mr Thin]

As he listened, Jaden heard the people leave the roof. That was one problem solved, then. But the shuffling was growing louder. Finally he could take it no longer, and opened his eyes.

He immediately wished he hadn't.

The... thing, emerging from an alley to his right, looked like something out of a nightmare. It's mouth was opening and closing slowly, as if it were tasting the air, and it's red eyes gazed in his direction.

Heart in his throat, Jaden tried to raise the crowbar in front of himself, but fear rendered his arm as limp as a dead fish. He slithered down the wall, shaking.

Then, to his left, a noise. He turned his head that way, and saw the girl, practically right next to him, the man behind her. He had to warn them.

Forcing air into his lungs, he sprung back up and cried out, gesturing wildly to the emerging thing.

 

[Amzer]

"What the hell?!" Wolfe whispered.
Then he saw the thing...He charged at it with his knife, slicing its chest multiple times, and stabbing it quite a bit...But it seemed that it didn't want to die...
Shit. If I can go a day where it's not both the good, and the bad...

Bridget was startled by the screaming and saw that there was a man standing there and pointing to a monstrosity. She tried to keep calm and snuck around to the back of this huge infected. Henry had it distracted so she snuck around it.
In the head
She lept onto its back and stabbed the screwdriver into opne of its eyes before jumping off and running to the man.
"Are you okay?" she asked looking at the infected, bleeding profusely

 

[Mr Thin]

Jaden looked at the thing, now lying on the ground, bleeding from all manner of wounds and holes. He was right, these people were crazy.

Then he looked up at the girl, struggling to regain his composure.

"I am... unharmed. Thank you." Stepping out from behind the dumpster, he paused for a minute, trying to remember the proper greeting when one encounters a stranger.

Slowly, he extended his hand. "It is nice to meet you."

 

[Amzer]

Henry kicked the monstrosity squarely, knocking it over. Finally he stabbed it one final time, in the throat, before it started to squirm, and finally bled itself dry.
"Alright...So...Another survivor? I take it he's not the one that was chasing infected?
So what's your name? How long have you been watching us?...You were the one watching us, right?"

Bridget hesitated but took his hand none-the-less.
"I'm Bridget, and it's nice to meet you too." she replied before turning to Henry and pointing off into the other street, "That's the guy chasing infected."
She broke off the handshake and then stepped back quickly to henry.

Clearly not, I couldn't even use the damn thing. Mr Freeman would be ashamed of me!

Jaden withdrew his hand, relieved that he had remembered the words.

"My name is Jaden, last name Walker. I am not the one that was chasing those creatures earlier; as Bridget says, he has moved in that direction. And I have been observing you since you found the other person, whom you call Dave."

Bridget felt like slapping this man.
Observing us this whole time? And he doesn't think to introduce himself...wait! He saw me naked!
"You watched us this whole time and didn't think to introduce yourself...and you watched me naked you pervert" she yelled, softly though so no infected could hear.

 

[Amzer]

"So...I'm guessing we're welcoming him in? It would be the sensible choice...But we have to make sure we don't end up ripping eachother's heads off because of him..." Wolfe whispered to her, as she stepped back to him.
Hopefully he isn't another Dan...
"Of course...He HAS been watching us...without introducing himself...Even while you were...Em...The bastard should remain out here as punishment..." Wolfe whispered, looking at Jaden.

She turned her head and went onto her tip-toes to whisper in his ear.
"I'm sure he'll be fine. We just have to keep an eye on him"
I hope he isn't another Dan. and besides, he's kind've cute

 

[Mr Thin]

Jaden was confused. She clearly enjoyed being seen by other men, and if the conversations he had overheard were anything to go by, had little to no reservations about her sexuality. He attempted to reconcile.

"Rest assured, your physical form and carnal intentions are of no interest to me. As for not introducing myself, I was concerned; your interactions amongst each other implied you were all, for the most part, a danger to yourselves and those around you. I felt it would be more practical to wait until you had all regained some measure of self-control."
