Well, they've already select those for chapter 2. So I suppose your entry is going to have to sit until chapter 3.

Name: Leopold Bedath

Gender: Male

Age: 19

Hair: Leopold's hair is long, straight and has been dyed green using a variety of wild plants.

Eyes: Gray and often appear to mellowed out, even when Leopold is under stress.

Appearance: 5'2 and lacking any muscle mass, Leopold appears to very weak. His skin is semi-tan and blemish free. He has a few tattoos that cover his arms, however nothing over the top. If you can get past the bodily artwork he is rather attractive, but nothing to drool over.

Clothes: Leopold wears an oddly designed chain mail suit that covers his chest and arms, but does not guard the joints or the legs to allow for quicker movement. Under the steel rings he wears a dark green cloth, obviously made of an expensive material.

Weapons/Equipment: Leopold utilizes a spartan style spear [http://img.costumecraze.com/images/vendors/rubies/8136-main.jpg] and wears a belt with throwing spikes [http://www.teraasekeskus.com/tuotteet/tactical/ShinobiThrowingSpikesNet.jpg] tucked into the sides. Also he carries a bag of crushed peppers which he will use to temporarily blind an opponent, then follow through with a killing blow.

Fighting Style: Leopold has come to terms with his lack of strenght long ago, thus resulting in a fighting style that his family frowns upon. He is one who fights dirty, prone to throwing dust in his opponents eyes following with a stab to neck or a slash to the foe's torso. He will aim for an part of the body which can bring any opponent down, often resulting in him kicking or even stabbing an advisory in the groin.

Character Bio: Leopold was born into wealthy aristocratic family living inside the walls of the castle. He would normally spend his day going to watch performers in the parks or going to the theater with his parents, none of this really peaked his interest quite like the tales of freelance adventurers. He would hear stories of men and women who went on quest to save a town or solve a dispute, needless to say he was fascinated. By the time he was fifteen he talked to his family about going on his own adventures, they hesitated at first but eventually let him go. His family supplied with the necessary equipment and shipped him off, only to hear of his questionable fighting style. Neither of his parents approved of his concept of fighting with a lack of honor or sophistication, despite how many people he had helped during his travels. Soon he decided to not return to his family, living his live on the go as a mercenary.

During his travels he became a fan of changing his body with inks, dying his hair and skin to his liking. He has kept his care free personality and his constant want to help people, but his fighting habits haven't improved much.

Other Info: He curses alot, rarely going two minutes without mumbling a swear.

I wanted to try my hand with a morally questionable hero, I hope this works.

After some debate, I have come to the conclusion that he is unhonorable but still holds good moral values.

Um...he seems like a nice guy actually.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to say that I was popping by to wish everyone luck with chapter three.

And, y'know, apologize again. I'm sorry about dropping out of GMing chapter two.

By morally questionable I am referring to his habit of tossing dust in peoples eyes, by all means he is a nice guy but you aren't exactly heroic when you blind everything that picks a fight with you.

I fail to understand your logic.

I mean, I could get it if he kicked dust into random people's eyes, but I consider someone who attacks you fair game.

It seems to me that he's from a rich, aristocratic family so it would be a bigger deal for him to take on a dirty fighting style. He was probably raised on fighting with honor and respect, so carrying blinding powder as a weapon would be a serious deviation.

Am I shooting fairly, Nukey?

Hey, I was just wondering if there was still space for character sheets? If so, I'd like to reserve a spot. I'll edit my sheet into this post in a bit.

EDIT:
Name: Turil

Gender: Male

Age: 27

Hair: Short dark blonde hair that spikes up, no matter how much effort is put into keeping it down.

Eyes: Dark blue eyes that can display a wide range of emotion, or be enigmatic.

Appearance: Turil stands at around 5'10". In contrast wih his blonde hair and blue eyes, his skin is quite tanned with several pale scars running across his chest and forearms. He has a slim build, though well-muscled.

Clothes: Turil is usually dressed in a rough pair of loose trousers that are comfortable and allow for great freedom of movement along with a leather jerkin and cotton undervest. The bottom of the trousers are usually tucked into a pair of well-made, sturdy boots of Eastern design crafted from soft, supple leather. Turil's nose, mouth and neck are concealed by a simple blue scarf while his hair is covered by a simple turban of black cloth with the two ends trailing down his back. His right arm is wrapped in dark cloth with a leather glove on his right hand, while his left is bare. In colder climes, he usually wears a simple cloak over his normal clothes.

Weapons/Equipment: A scimitar enchanted to deliver a wound colder than the depths of winter, as well as his fists and feet.

Fighting Style: Wearing virtually no armour, Turil prioritises speed and finesse. Blows from his sword are complemented by punches, kicks and swift, sure movements. Turil also uses his skills in frost magic to complement his considerable ability with a blade.

Character Bio: Turil says little about his personal life and origin, but he does reveal that he hails from a wealthy merchant family in the Far Eastern land of Calimshan. Calim society has a long tradition of backstabbing, double-crossing and dirty dealing, leading Turil (as the firstborn son of a wealthy merchant) to be witheld and suspicious of, though civil to, others when he first meets them. As for why he has come to Brachyuria, he repeats only that Calimshan's society is full of trickery and deceit.

Other Info: Turil seems to have an affinity for birds, and in times of relaxation can often be found with a songbird resting on the tip of his finger.

Wow, only one sheet and one considering to sign up. Surprising seeing as there were so many auditions for chapter one and two.

It might be because people who would normally be interested forgot to Bookmark this thread the last time they tried out, and that I didn't PM anybody this time.

Hmm, I know a few people who are interested in this type of thing. Perhaps I shall go get Yorg and Feral, they love the fantasy setting.

[sup]By the way I have been reading and the Bloodmage bit was masterfully executed, great job.[/sup]

Yeah, ae86 did a great job with that. Completely unexpected, and brilliant plot-device.

It was fantastic, added a lot of depth to her character.

[sup]Unrelated note: For the reasons of being bored can I make another character to compete against my first, thus giving you two options to pick from?[/sup]

Go right ahead... That would be pretty interesting.

I do, however, have another person entering Ch. 3, but they're returning from Chapter 1, and they went through PM.

I've got a nice piece in store for Zemica that I'm hoping will be quite good.

Awesome, expect the second choice some time tomorrow then.

Also, who is the returning player?

Name: Privere 'Priv' Cerosshor

Gender: Male

Age: 32

Hair: His hair is a dark brown and very curly despite its short length. It is mostly covered by his hood however some strands will be visible.

Eyes: Dark blue, often filled with immense joy.

Appearance: Privere is a very odd looking man, he is quite tall but lacks any muscle build. His skin is a ghostly pale and very clean due to his constant need to wash.

Clothes: His clothing is extravagant and is often criticized of being 'over the top', in his mind appearance means everything. He wears a bright purple robe with gold trimmings, the robe has a hood used to cover his head from the sunlight. The robe is light due to its silk like composition, allowing for him to sprint when need be.

Weapons/Equipment: Privere uses a walking stick as one his weapons, along with a variety of knives, darts, spikes and other sharp objects that can be thrown. He likes weapons that will take time to kill, believing that a longer fight is a better show. As a side item he carries a bag of coins and some cards, not for combat purposes just to entertain those around him.

Fighting Style: Privere is an illusionist, not to be confused with a wizard. His abilities come not from fire balls or healing spells but rather parlor tricks, simply tricks and nothing more. He will often tease an opponent in combat, frequently toying with foes before killing them. Needless to say he actually likes fighting, however hates getting in the front lines.

Character Bio: Privere, master of the arts of illusion and games of the mind. If a trick has been preformed it has been preformed by him, always in front of a crowd. His audience will range from travelers to nobility, all have heard of his tricks, none know how they are preformed.

His life started out as a simple one, however still one to be noted. He was raised in a small town two miles away from the castle, there he spent most of his live. His father was also an illusionist and aimed to teach the trade to his son. His dad spent hours teaching the young boy card tricks and stage acts, carefully building up Privere's skills. When he turned eighteen he left, going off on his own traveling show.

During his traveling show he took a liking to the arts of combat, just hating the fact it often required he got dirty. He spent the rest of his life on the road, staying true to his fathers art.

Other Info: He is quite the neat freak and a germaphobe, he loves nothing more then order and cleanliness.

I apparently had free time, so do you like this or the first one?

Both are very well-done.
I like the idea of an entertainer mixing with a warrior. Very clever.
Of course, I also like the spear-fighter rogue...
