Maybe, if it was a really small tactical nuke, I live. Otherwise no, the Netherlands is really quite small and the closest towns are just a few kilometers from here.

The nearest city where I also go to school is around 10 miles away. If something as powerful as Tsar_Bomba would be dropped it would destroy more then one third of the country.

Well depending on what you think, it's either Slough or somewhere around there, Oxford, or possibly London. So either we'd be down a lot of clever people, one massive city, or some people from Slough. Excepting London, I'd also be subjected to a hell of a lot of radiation. Also we'd be pretty pissed off.

Considering the nearest city to my city is like an hour or twos drive away, I'd be dead.
But nobody would ever bother nuking New Zealand so it's a non-issue =P besides I live in the largest city so I'd get bombed not the nearest city.
But, hypothetically assuming we don't die from the initial blast, or radiation, we'd be about the same since we'd still have access to a massive amount of farm land above my city

In The Netherlands, everything is really close to each other, so I guess the entire western region will get irradiated. The crater will be Amsterdam, and since I live right next to (as in, 1km) it, but not in it, so I WONT survive the explosion and the fallout. Hooray, I'm dead.
if cardiff gets nuked I will probally be dead or soon dead concidering I am only 20 miles away. the valleys may provide some protection for a bit but no i would be dead and there would be on where to run.
