Alright, 2 cents submitted.
Spells - Rays, cones, bombs you have to lob just right, summon more creatures, jets you can blast continuous streams with, and for God's sake make them deletable!
Fast Travel - You could keep it, just make it cost you something. Gold or maybe rare gems you have to find that make teleporters work
Tits - Like in Daggerfall. They won't though. If you put M on the box, you should be REQUIRED to put boobies in the game (see "Boobies Did Not Break the Game above). M is for Mammaries.
Level scaling - Yeah, that has to go. They could have monsters level to a point, but certain areas are for high levels only.
Flying - and not like the lame levitating in Morrowind where your character is walking in the air. I mean flying like flying with the body prone and some cool animations for a running take off and landing. Maybe it could be a skill you get better at the more you do it!
Evil - Don't just let the character say they are evil and yet have them go along with the Man's Plan. Let your character help further along the evil plot line. Or play both sides for patsies and make a different ending. And make the characters actions have tangible results. Like if they help the evil side, more monsters roam the country side or the sky turns blood red.
Vampires - I really enjoyed being a vampire in the game. However, they really had some strange ideas. The point of being a vampire is to be more powerful and look sexy doing it. Not like some geriatric. The vampire pictures looked cool in Daggerfall. Bring that back in 3d. All you have to do is part the face model's mouth and add some fangs and jack up the eye lighting. Not too hard programmers. And the less blood you drink, the MORE powerful you get? Doesn't compute.
Tits - oh, I already said that one.
