Yoshi was kinda bewildered at what was going on. One minute, he was racing against the Shrike and Miss Glados, and the next he was on babysitting duty at the back of the gang, looking after Lil Ryan and Miss Glados. "Oh well, now I'm stuck here... Erm, Lil Ryan, what the HELL are you doing?" Lil Ryan looked up guiltily at Yoshi, caught in the act of trying to steal a pokemon from a fallen grunt's belt. "I just wanted to help!" Lil Ryan wailed. Yoshi smiled as he had an idea. "Ryan, it's ok. Everyone else here is so freaking overpowered, we'll be fine. Speaking of which, why haven't the other villians come to this guy's rescue? I thought that the villians stayed together?"
As Yoshi was talking, a grunt snuck up on the kiddies somehow, and grabbed Miss Glados! She screamed out in surprise, and Yoshi turned to see her being taken away. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! MISS GLADOS!!!!" Yoshi grabbed Lil Ryan and flung him on his back, running after the villian. As they ran, they passed a small watermelon, that Yoshi stopped to eat. "RYAN!" Yoshi yelled. "Use the egg I just made and take the shot! KNOCK OUT THAT VILLIAN BEFORE HE GETS AWAY WITH MISS GLADOS!!!"

Giovanni looked at Sam and his team and laughed. Long and loud he laughed, even with the corpses of his lower minions lay strewn around the room. Butch and Cassidy had a look of grim determination stamped onto their faces, pulling out their fifth Pokeballs and pistols. "Butch, Cassidy. Leave me." The two looked at each other and back to the boss.
"You sure boss? I mean, you saw..."
"Go."
"But?"
"Go."
They put their weapons back onto their belts and jumped up and grabbed ropes that previously weren't there. To cover their exit, thirteen Koffings filled the room with a cloud of smokescreen.
Giovanni was standing when the smoke lifted. He was no longer in a suit, he had discarded that. He wore a simple black outfit, similar to that of a martial artist. In his hand he had a gleaming katana and in the other a strange device. At his right there was an Absol and an Aggron to his left. Both had glowing eyes and seemed to emit waves of energy unknown to Sam and his crew.
"Thirteen underworlds have I travelled through, training myself by fighting the most horrific monsters alive. Time has no meaning to me, nor does pain."
He clipped the device to his leg, it hummed audibly. Reaching behind his back, he tossed up the Black Pokeball. A hand, out of the darkness above caught it. "Butch, give that to Kepler. He'll know what to do should I be... delayed. Now go, linger here no longer."
Cassidy, hanging next to Butch whispered to him. "We can't leave the boss alone."
"I have faith in him. We've seen what he can do."
Giovanni swung the sword in a few circles before he spoke. "Let's go."
Aggron opened its mouth, firing a powerful Hyperbeam attack at Shrike. Absol jumped forwards, slicing at Phil after emitting a field of energy around it. A third Pokemon, a Dragonite landed on Alice, long jets of superheated flame emitting from its entire body. Giovanni advanced, thrusting at Sam with extreme speed.

Jessie and James smirked. It wasn't a monster, just a simple trap armed with a flamethrower. "Got worked up about nothing I guess."
Jessie nodded. Another Grenadey landed near by but Jessie's Seviper swatted it away before it could even speak. "Seems to be a lot of those things floating around."
James looked up as a bunch of helicopter cats flew overhead. "I miss Kanto. At least there things made sense." They stepped over a giant tree in the middle of the passage. "Where should we look first?"
"Maybe we should go further underground? There were a ton of deep pits in the passage when we lost him." Obviously they weren't going back to the passage where it happened. Those guardians would probably still be angry that they stole the secret deep within the tunnels under the sea.
Loud sounds were coming out of a hallway to the left. It was too loud to discern what was going on until the furious cry of an Aggron could be heard. "Giovanni..."
"What do you think is happening?"
"Whatever is happening, I hope the bastard dies."
They walked on, James leading Jessie down a different passage. Jessie lingered briefly, looking back at the source of the commotion before turning to leave with him.

I don't care what you guys do to the Pokemon, just leave Giovanni in one piece by the end of it (and make it a good fight XD). Also, with Jessie and James, I'm just going to have them as a random neutral party. They may or may not help the heroes, depending on the situation.
Ryan threw the egg at the ground just in front of grunt he then slipped and fell falling unconcous without breaking any rules.
GLaDOS escaped her capotrs clutches and then hugged Ryan as he and Yoshi arrived.

Alice rolled off to the side as the Dragonite came closer. The heat from its body was intense, making things extremely warm even at a distance.
I can't fight this thing head on. Its skin is too thick and too hot to pierce. C'mon Alice you can find it... There!
The attenae on it's head and wing joints looked to be good places to start. Alice threw several dolls armed with knives into strategic spots around the Pokemon. To even the odds, she flew up to it's face and making sure to actually see if it would work, casted a magical missile into its eyes from her Grimoire. With it temporarily blinded and definitely distracted, she ordered the dolls to slice in unison. They attacked with spin strikes, rotating multiple times to ensure maximum damage.
It's antennae were severed and there were deep wounds in its wings and wing joints. It roared out in frustration, sending a fireball towards her, which she just barely dodged, singeing her dress in the process.

The Shrike saw the Aggron fire its hyper beam, he lifted his two top arms to shield himself from the blast. The Shrike could feel the heat and energy melting is bio-steel. When the blast had subsided the Shrike stood there, his arms melted into blunt clubs.
"Well... Let?s see how this works out" Said The Shrike spreading his melted arms wide and breaking into a charge at the confused Aggron. The Shrike took a mighty leap intending to bring a heavy handed smash down on the Pokémon?s head, but it saw this coming and immediately bashed the Shrike to the ground with its hand then trampling him under foot, and finally tossing him aside by using its tail.
The Shrike peeled himself off the ground, now very enraged and going into another charge straight at the Aggron. "Aggron use hyper beam again!!!" commanded the calm and collected Giovanni. Aggron?s maw filled with raw energy, till the light was a blinding ball and fired it at the Shrike. Smoke and dust rose into a cloud where the beam and the Shrike had met.
As the dust cleared a deep growl like as though the earth itself had become feral began to rumble about the room, the Aggron got on all fours and hissed at the clearing smoke cloud. There stood the Shrike, deformed from the heat and energy his four arms fused into two large bulky clubs, his once serrated chest was now smooth, his chest spike had bent back onto the Shrike's head and fused with his face which was now distorted, only one eye was not covered, but it now had a stunning crimson glow of pure hatred gazing at the Aggron in detest.
"Hit again Aggron finish him with a hyper beam!!" The Aggron shook its head; it was too soon since its last hyper beam and was still drained. "Listen to me you dumb beast hyper beam now or I will slaughter you myself!" growled Giovanni the Aggron much more afraid of his master than the deformed monstrosity that was his opponent began to charge up for another devastating blast.
The Shrike shot forward his two massive fists dragging behind him, he leapt in the air once again brining one of his massive clubs in a wide arc down on Argons head, just as the beam had finished charging. The result was devastating, the blow from the Shrike caused Aggron?s mouth to close and the hyper beam began to tear the Aggron?s jaw to pieces, the now volatile energy from the unused beam destroying the Aggron from the inside out while the Shrike bore down on him, heavy handed blow after heavy handed blow.
A dark smoke billowed from Aggron?s body and engulfed him and the Shrike. Aggron?s groans of pain erupted from the smoke as the Shrike and Aggron slugged it out in the dark cloud. All that could be seen through the haze was one red glowing eye of rage and hatred.

The wounded and enraged Dragonite beat its wings. At first, it only distorted Alice's flight path, but soon enough, the wind caused her to lose all stability and she went into freefall. The Pokemon followed her, preparing to finish her with a stream of flame.
Dolls spilled out of her bag. Some flew beneath her in an attempt to slow her descent while the rest set up in strategic positions around the dragon. As it neared them, they prepared their weak lasers to hit it in the wing joints. The sheer number of them would hopefully offset their pathetic damage.

Dragonite stepped back, shooting streams of fire and fury all around Alice. One of these streams lit her clothing on fire, forcing her to beat the flames away. The dragon paused, ripping one of several collars off of its neck. It poked a claw into a pouch in the collar and pulled out a very large, glowing berry. Eating this, its wounds seemed to heal themselves.
A voice popped out of thin air. "Dragonite used Rocket Berry." Alice looked around but couldn't find the source of that nasally voice.
Roaring with power, it turned to see Aggron fall in a pillar of smoke and ash. It threw itself onto Shrike, picking up the enemy with one strong arm and clawing at the creatures body with searing hot claws with the other. A stabbing pain in its side alerted it to Alice's recovery. Dropping the Shrike, it took to the sky. Bolts of lightning crackled around the dragon as it charged its attack.
Meanwhile Giovanni and Sam were spinning around, trading blow for blow. Giovanni had left Sam with a large gash along his side but had several gunshot wounds in his chest. The boss didn't appear to be bleeding and was grinning insanely, enjoying the battle.
Absol continued to menace Phil but was knocked over by the Shrike after he had recovered. Angrily, it charged.
"Absol used Double-Edge." said that voice.
"Shut up!" said Alice, who was trying to think of how she could defeat Dragonite.
The shrike, for all its mass, was sent flying until it hit the wall. However, Phil jumped in and surprised Absol, which started to fight him again desperately.
The room was full of white dust as the masonry from the ceiling cracked from the powerful shock waves created by the fighting below.

James gritted his teeth. "Like it or not, we're good and lost this time Jessie!" He checked the piece of paper, the only documents that the team had given them when they crossed the void. "We're totally off the bosses map."
"James, I'm scared. What if those monsters we encountered earlier..."
"Wobbuffet was left behind. Nothing can get past him without getting hurt."
Jessie was messing with her hair when James spotted a door in the rock.
"Heroes welcome..." said James, investigating a plaque next to the door.
"We're not villains." said Jessie, reaching for the handle. James knocked her hand away.
"But we aren't heroes either." He gestured at Jessie who hugged the wall next to the door. "We've planted many traps in our day and I think this is one."
"Hi there, its me Grenadey. The Magic-" Swat, Seviper took out another hand grenade.
James turned the handle and pushed, jumping to the side. Nothing happened. "Hmm, maybe I was wrong."
Two pits beside the door opened, causing them and their Pokemon to fall. They were caught by nets and tied up neatly by a simple, ingenious wooden mechanism. A tape player activated and Sam's voice filled the pits. "I'm sorry, but I'm away from the base at the moment. Please hang around until I can deal with you properly. CLICK"
James struggled but his knife had fallen away when the trap sprung.
"Jessie?" No answer. "JESSIE!" he shouted. He heard nothing and the dim light from the top of the bit disappeared as the trap door shut.
Not Jessie. Now he was truly alone. He tried to move his arms to get at his Pokeballs but the net was too tight.
"Great... How could this get any worse?"

Isaac slammed his fingers into the ground and cast Mother Gaia on Jessie and James. The Earth below them started to crack and fissure with burnt Orange-yellow light pouring out, about to explode on them.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! No need to get violent! Why did you trap me? Where is my partner? What is going on?"
He eyed the cracks in the earth with terror. This kid could be trouble for the boss. Heh, well he deserves trouble.

Isaac stopped for a moment. "Trap you? I did no such thing! HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE ME!" The earrth started rumbling again and Isaac's hair rose up, like a fucking super Saiyen's hair. The cracks were becoming more violent.

Meanwhile, the plane carrying the villains touched down.
"We're here!" Chell cheered as she ran out the emergency door, too eager to wait for the plane to dock.
The rest of them got off the plane normaly, and were at the luggage carousel waiting for their assorted items.
"Oooh, theres my costumes!" # 13 pointed out as a yellow suitcase twice his size came down the conveyor belt. He tried to pull it off but it was too heavy for him and he was dragged along with it as it passed through the curtains for another circuit.
"And my... personal things" Grimm said as a ratty looking duffel bag came down the belt afterwards, he picked it up and it left a puddle of sleaze that quickly ate through the belt.
The Stig was patiently waiting for the metal locker containing his assorted items, but it seems it wasnt there. He saw a rather disturbed looking # 13 coming back across the carousel, The Stig picked him and it's suitcase off, but it kept shaking violently and muttering "[sub]you would not even begin to understand what I was just witness to...[/sub]" The Stig then saw the unmistakeable metal chest being wheeled out with the larger luggage and pets. He set # 13 down and took his container outside on a trolly and waited for the others.
"We're here!" Chell cheered as she ran out the emergency door, too eager to wait for the plane to dock.

The Stig was patiently waiting for the metal locker containing his assorted items, but it seems it wasnt there. He saw a rather disturbed looking # 13 coming back across the carousel, The Stig picked him and it's suitcase off, but it kept shaking violently and muttering "[sub]you would not even begin to understand what I was just witness to...[/sub]" The Stig then saw the unmistakeable metal chest being wheeled out with the larger luggage and pets. He set # 13 down and took his container outside on a trolly and waited for the others.
The Shrike slumped in his hole in the wall he had been knocked into. *All done I fought my foe, now for a rest*
But then he heard Alice's thought "I can't do this on my own" he slowly rose to his deformed feet, his metal body cracked and groaned, it seemed to be protesting his movment.

Jessie, on the other side of the wall didn't understand why there was great fissures underneath the earth rumbling. She just clung to her last memory of James, waiting for it all to be over. Jessie heard a loud purring sound above her head. Looking up she saw a helicopter cat, hovering happily and oblivious to her plight. "Here kitty, kitty! Come slice the net!" It didn't move.
"If you are going to kill me, at least let me die with Jessie."

Isaac kept going. "Kill you? Noooo. This will just horribly maim you and possibly leave you physically disabled for life!" And then the ground below them exploded, sending rocks flying into the air.
The rocks, while painful, proved to be James salvation. Slicing the net cleanly, he was able to throw out a Pokeball.
"Kadabra, Teleport!" He shouted and they vanished, leaving Issac standing alone with Vanessa enraged.
Appearing in the other pit, Kadabra swiftly cut Jessie's net and they teleported to safety a few passages away.
"James, I thought I was going to die!" They embraced but it was a hurried embrace as the ground beneath them already was shaking.

James withdrew Kadabra, looking at the passage they were standing in. It seemed defensive enough...
"No time to explain, get out your Pokemon."
They threw out their balls, all at once. Two Bronzor's emerged, providing them with defensive shields. Weezing, a Charizard and a Flygon assembled behind James. Jessie's Seviper, her Weavile and her Starmie went into formation behind her.
"What are we facing?"
"A young man with incredible powers. He decided he didn't like us."
"Do we need to fight him?"
"That is for him to decide."
They distributed battle items while they waited, boosting their Pokemon's strength.
"At least we can die together now."
James looked at Jessie who was staring hard towards the passage ahead.
"We can't die now, we have Meowth to save."
She smiled and they readied themselves.

James' Bronzor took the sword's strike, screaming in pain but holding it off. His Charizard swung around to slice at Issac, causing him to back off.
"Please, leave us alone! We're not evil, we mean you no harm. Why do you attack us?" cried Jessie.

"Hmmm.... Good point." Isaac tiwisted his hat around and grinned. He pulled out a purple pokeball and pulled his arm back. "A-MASTERBALL! A-GOOOO!!!" He threw it and it hit James on the forehead. Catching him. Isaac jumped for joy, and so did Vanessa. the Pokeball floated over to him. "YAY!"
Weavile moved faster than the eye could see as she had been pumped full of X-speed. Punching Issac in the gut once, twice, thrice, it lashed out an Ice beam. Grabbing the fallen Masterball, it ran back to Jessie who opened it. James craned his neck and rubbed it painfully. "It was tight in there, thanks Jessie."
She winked at him and looked back at Issac, who was half frozen.
"Looks like he means to cause us trouble."
"Lets double it."
Starmie and Weavile attacked as one, the water freezing as Weavile's Icebeam hit Issac. There was nothing left but a thick wall of ice when they stopped.
"We should go..."
"Wait, that might not slow him down enough. Just wait."
They stared at Issac.
