Dillon and Carol had agreed that is was unlikely the others would try to attack them but they wouldn't slow down for them, they intended to win, Dillon needed to win this, he needed that wish.

Dillon and Carol were Driving fast, they're speed combined with Carols skills as a pilot made it easy to get in the lead, the problem was others, instead of using skill to compensate for lack of speed, used cheap tactics like throwing bombs, which Dillon deflected with a violet construct in the shape of an over-sized tennis racket. the Bomb then exploded at the offending racer making them fly back close to last place.
Dillon and carol had agreed that is was unlikely the others would try to attack them but they wouldn't slow down for them, they intended to win, Dillon needed to win this, he needed that wish.

Shadow had just reached the area where he was told to set up at. He set his ammo down beside him and began to load his Beret.... (50 cal sniper name was shortened.

As Tomoya exited the elevator he saw his bike in a really good condition. For a reason he could feel voices, voice in his head. Kill him...kill him, he's evil. Objective: No one is to be harmed except that man. Protect everyone and save everyone...this is a warning Lightning Archangel Tomoya nodded briefly before hopping onto his bike and put his helmet on. He also deactivate the security and lock and was about to follow everyone to the starting point.

The Drivers soon arrivred at the location for the race. They were then escorted to the starting line.

"Drivers, I welcome you to Diablo Pass".

"Fantastic choice for a race track, I have to thank my secretary for finding it. Now all you have to do is get to the town at the end of the course, trip a switch on the road, and return to starting line. Make sure that someone on your team is the first to the finish. Also take note of the gates placed at regular intervals, miss enough of them and..... well, just make sure you don't. "


"You'll be racing against the Dolls led by Dollface. She's probably the most insane of my competitors. All of this over a tiny scar.....Good Luck to you all, I sincerly hope your team wins."

- Incendiary Shockwave that can be charged up and ignite all opponents caught in the blast radius.
- Crimson Laser: A metal slicing laser beam! Line up your shots with this. It's hard to use, but well worth it if you get a direct hit!

-Shock Freeze: a 360 degree EMP shockwave which can be charged up and can stall the engines of all enemy vehicles caught in the blast radius.
-Flamethrower: a very effective stream of fire which does a great deal of damage.

Tornado Spin: A deadly Tornado Spin that picks up vehicles and swings them around. Any cars in her path will get caught in the vortex and slammed against buildings and other obstacles before being flung away.

-Turbo Ram: Darkside will accelerate and ram into vehicles. Additionally, Darkside can rear-fire the special to drop mines from behind the truck.

-Sentry Turret: raises a tri-mini gun that can rotate in a 360 degree circle.

-Gatling Gun: a vulcan minigun that can be fired backwards.

-Rocket Barrage: Unleashes a series of zoomy rockets into your opponents.

DIllon looked at the others
"Me and Carol are the fastest, so maybe it be best if we focused on getting there while you guys keep them off of us, after all we only need one of us to cross the finish line, and as for those gates we're pretty maneuverable."
Dillon only said this as a way of getting a common goal as the heroes were a little rusty right now.

As Tomoya went towards the starting line he heard Dillon and ignored his comment. Rev-ing his bike ready for the start. He nodded to Puse again for fixing up for his bike with twin gatling guns and a water cooling system. The gatling guns system started to spin as soon as Tomoya filled it with his power. A smirk came across his face as he was ready. Now he waited for the start.

Crimson Fury and Twister both shot off into first and second. Darkside lagged behind slightly while Death Warrant and Kamikaze kept in the middle to deal with any of the other racers.

Cortex reached the starting line with a wicked grin on his face as he pressed a Red Button on the Juggernaut's Control Panel.
He leaned back and put his feet up as the Massive Truck shook wildly, a very strange sight for many of the drivers.
It reared up and started to transform into:

It towered above the rest of the racers with Cortex with his feet on the Dashboard looking smug.
He took control and set the Mecha into a one handing sprinter position at the starting line as the race got underway.
"MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" He laughed in a way that he used to back when he was young and feared the second he took off after the leaders.
"Ohohohoh-Ow...Ohohoh-owowoow my ribs...".

occ The Mecha Form has more Speed and Handling then the Truck but only half the armour.

The Violet Devil sped to meet with, Crimson, Fury and Twister, the others may have better speed but the improved handling and Carols experience allowed her to be incredibly fast and easily weaved around, The two didn't want to hurt the heroes but they had no such compulsions for the other gangsters.

Before the race
Caim nodded to Dillon's comment, and the dragon said, "We will do our best to not impede your progress, but do take care to watch after any falling debris..."

When the alarm sounded, the dragon took off with Cortex, fire burning in her jaws and a readiness to kill in her heart.

Righto, signing off for tonight, I'm leaving the NPC cars in the hands of Diablo. Also, take note, there will be a suspension bridge before you get to the town.

With a nod to Kagome the two lanterns focused their energy into the cannon
"Charge at 45%" Dillon sated, the cannon had a faint glow, and the glow was pulsing it would get faster and brighter as charge neared completion.
One of the racers tried to attack Kagome but Dillon aimed and fired a violet burst of energy at the racer causing them to sin out of control, Dillon gave a thumbs up to Kagome before returning focus on the other drivers.

Cortex sprayed Plasma and Missiles in equal Measure as he took off, making sure to avoid friendly fire, though if it happens, it happens.
He focused on Darkside who was clearly designed to take out the others so the faster cars could get ahead.

Crimson Fury's Gunner leaned out of the car with something: A Large Sniper Rifle pointed at on of Dillon's Tyres as it's team mates kept up their attack.

Angelus, noticing that one of the cars had the audacity to aim at her, blew a fireball at Death Warrant, and then dodged any fire that was starting to come her way.

THe police car took off and soon came to be neck and neck with crimson fury. Seras was mimicking their movements and managed to get them window to window. ALucard took aim through the windows and began firing both pistols into Crimson's front seats. THe spray of bullets should atleast hit one of them, if not kill them both.

What the Doll's Look like:

A Bullet hit the mask of the driver and...Bounced right off(?!) while the Armoured suits they wore managed to take the blows.
She responded by ramming the Police Car over and over as her Gunner Aimed for Dillon.

They could take the punishment, the cop car was meant for exactly these situations. Alucard took the wheel and seras pulled out her anti tank rifle. She aimed it, using her powers to wait for the perfect moment to fire. "Bitches love cannons." she said and pulled the trigger on the massive gun, rocking the car sideways a tiny bit.

Angelus was still engaged of a dance of tit-for-tat with Death Warrant, fireballs and bullets blazing between the two. Darkside, as it was one of the slower cars, felt a fireball ram into it's behind, giving it a nasty jerk and shaking the driver slightly.
