He turned for a second, looking to the sky.

"Even with God on my side, there is no telling what evil he can unleash onto this world".

"Well everyone, that was a spectacular battle. I must compliment you two, Angelus and Caim. All there is left is the Final. You are all so close now."

Having never watched Madoka, Youmu was confused as to how granting a wish would cause him to unleash evil. She also titled her head slightly at his mention of "God". Thinking he was just a harmless lunatic, but that he could become a lot less harmless if she brought up that they had different gods, she restrained herself to saying, "He never mentioned you. And he never told me what was going on with this...final event. Whatever it is you're asking me for, I'm afraid I can't help."

On the way back to the island, Angelus spotted Cadolbolg. Swooping down, the dragon caught their misplaced child in her talons and gave a triumphant trumpet as she flew onwards.

Upon arrival to land, Caim dismounted (having already loading Hymir's Finger back into Weapon space) and gave the dragon well deserved nose rubbings; especially in light of hearing Calypso's praise in their favor.

"Ask him then, he seems to trust you. If you don't help us, he will bring untold chaos to this land". There was a degree of sincerity to his voice.

Youmu suddenly realised something - she still didn't know why he was asking her to help him, or how. "What are you actually trying to do?" she asked. "I might be able to do something, but only if I know what that something is."

"The man you have met, Calypso, he wishes to continue this suffering and destruction of his competition perpetually. I implore you, we must stop him before any more innocents are killed".

"If you can find out where the Final will be, I have a chance of stopping the contestants before they're either killed or worse".

"Well...I don't think I'll be getting back inside to ask him. But he did say he'd send me over to the others...I suppose if he wasn't lying, I'll know soon enough where it is."

As soon as he appeared, lightning struck where he stood, and he was gone.

Tomoya was trying to patch up Cortex ut the doctor lost most of his blood.
"Puce! Come on, Need your help." Tomoya said as he saw Puce.

Caim heard the calls for help, and decided that his (crude) medical abilities might help in some way. If anything; he could at least help carry stuff around.

From what Caim could see, his leg was cut badly by Sweet Tooth and crawling on the ground only made it get an infection.
From the blood trail, it would seem all the blood in his body was tapped out.
Even if the wound was treated, there was far too little blood in the doctor's body for him to live.

Caim, taking note of the blood-loss; motioned to Puce; as he knew that Puce had some blood on hand. Thankfully; someone thought to alert some medicinal authorities, so an ambulance was coming along. All Caim and the group needed to do was to keep him alive until they showed up. Leaning over Cortex; he found a spare PDA and typed out;

"Does anyone know his blood type?"

As he stared into the blue sky, Cortex was in another world altogether as the maggots got to work.

Another World Altogether
He saw what appeared to be a man in a blue suit with a man with a Eye Patch and a bandanna.
The Man in blue snapped his fingers in front of his face but he couldn't move.
"Snake...Is he dead?..." He asked the eye patched man.
"Mmmm...If I know dying, He is currently in a state of near death...But aside from that Phoenix, I don't know..." The man named Snake said as he looked him in the face.
He blinked slowly and they were gone, replaced by the clear blue sky.
"uuhhhhhhhh...Snake?...Snake?...Snaaaaakkkkkeeeeeeeee..." He groaned as he began to regain his grasp on reality.

Caim smirked in recognition to Snake, but didn't say a word. Instead, he busied himself cleaning up the various medical supplies left over.

Cortex rubbed his head and groaned "Oh dear god...There is ANOTHER event?..." before letting his arms fall to his sides.
He then glanced at the maggots, but before he freaked out, he realised what Puce was going.
Then it hit him.
"Puce...In the note book in my front pocket, Write down "Robot Maggot" in under "Ideas for new minions" beside "Human Sea Cucumber"..." He asked as he took in the sun.

"Eh...I'll fix it later...I just wanna rest for a while..." Cortex said as the good part of the Painkillers kicked in.
His pupils became dilated as his mind ran wild with sugar coated Robot Bandicoots.
His Face lit up as he "Woooo"ed and "Ahhh"ed at the petty colours.
Puce and Kurumu checked the dose they've given him, it was for a man twice his size.
They decided to leave the Doctor be for a while.

As Tomoya overlooked everything he was glad that Cortex was okay for the most part. As he saw Kurumu write down notes for Cortex, Tomoya managed to take a peek. He saw ideas for a spaceship similar to his own. Anger rised within Tomoya but he just calmly sighed as he remembered most of his stuff fails or gets destroyed by an animal.

"So when and where is the next event. My ship is in space as is going to stay there since it almost got blown up just then?" Tomoya put the question out there.

After the strange man disappeared, Youmu found herself holding a piece of paper - a note from him, apparently. Keep this note, it said. When you reach the event, I'll know. ~Preacher Shaking her head, she was about to continue walking off when another car drove up - orange, and perhaps more fancy than it should have been.

The passenger-side door popped open, and Falcon beckoned from inside. "Miss me?" he asked. "C'mon, there's not much time left. Buckle up."

It's not equipped with weapons, seeing as Falcon only intended to use it for escape - and now to keep track of comment-worthy events - but if push comes to shove, Youmu can jump onto a nearby vehicle, and despite being deprived of swords she still has access to some magic attacks.

Dillon appeared next to puce
"DO you really believe someone won't do anything for something they love? Why do you think I'm in this, why do you think I'm willing to destroy any of those murderers who get in my way? because they stand between me and my Amaya and I'm not to squeamish about hurting you guys if I have to, during the final event it's just going to be me and my horse that's it and nothing better get in my way."
they noticed a change in Dillon, the ring was always glowing bright and his eyes, while were always white orbs, were still a bit more fierce. they didn't know magic but they'd guess that perhaps his love and that ring were affecting his judgement.

Outside the cafe​

Falcon parked the car outside a cafe, thinking he might be able to stop and get some food there, along with figuring out what he was going to do. Youmu still needed her swords back, but he didn't know where Calypso was keeping them, and after hearing the story with the crazy man, he wasn't entirely sure he should let her go to the final event - wherever it was. He'd definitely be able to think clearer with some food in his stomach and caffeine in his brain.

As soon as he opened the door, though, he started to rethink his decision of stopping here.

He recognised Puce and Kurumu without much trouble, though he noted that Kurumu was in a different body. They seemed to be being...assaulted? by someone he recognised from his previous Internet usage as Taokaka. Youmu hardly seemed to notice or care, and sat down at a table. It took Falcon a while to tear himself away from the debacle and join her.
