Dresden looks around the the field or origin, "Well." he said, "This came out of left field."
He looks around, looking at the area around him. He see's Lucifer and Slindis.
He looks at Lucifer, "Oh, hey, look, devilboy!" he said, "Just great. At least you aren't trying to sell me demonic deals for my soul or something yet. Yet, being the key word."
I wonder if he has a few nickleheads up his sleeve...
He looks at Slindis, and looks her over.
"Hey." He said.
From the bag on his back, the group can hear something.
[small]"Harry, why didn't you grab some more romance novels before you left? I've finished this one!"[/small]

Glad that her point seemed to sink into the dangerous man, she approached the orc towering in full plate with caution. There wasn't much that she knew about him, but a cursory examination of him told her that he'd been in combat, and lots of it. The armoring was reminiscent of the armies back in her home, and her hand instinctively went to one of her rapiers.

[color=c20000]"Orc, this is Slindis of the Silver Flame. Identify your affiliation."[/color] She looks him dead in the eye, showing him she does not fear him. In addition, her stance also showed him that she was no stranger to combat.

Location: Origin Plains

Emerald looked up from the ground, and saw the gathering of people. Her heart fluttered. There had been no souls for ages, and she had begun to think that the Gate of Eden had deposited her in purgatory or hell. She began to run toward the group, her porcelain mask clinked against her alchemical vials.

When Kyre managed to get close, she stopped and smiled. She looked over the group, and didn't recognize anything anyone wore, that is with respect to one. Emerald grinned and brushed a lock of red hair from her leftward eye, "A drow elf, thank god. Something I know." It was definitely a more comforting sight than the weird blue-haired man playing an over-sized lute. For a moment she cared not if there were magic users in this group, for she was glad that there was a group.

Dresden looks at Emerald, then Slindis, then The Orc.
"..." He said.
He manages to bring out Bob the Skull, being half in shock, and half in confusion.
"You're... all... From... from DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS!" He shouts, obviously freaking out.
The skulls two eye sockets begin to flicker, and in each eye they can see something veighly resembling a campfire.
"*Phoo* They're pretty nice looking. Why don't you introduce me to your... 'Friends.'
Harry just continued to stare. Bob was kinda-right, they did look pretty nice, but they were also apparently people from DnD...

Slindis pauses for a moment, then turns to Dresden. [color=c20000]"Excuse me? I'm from Eberron, and you can stop leering at me at any time, human."[/color] She shifted around uncomfortably, looking for someone else to talk to, since it seemed the orc was asleep.

A skull that speaks.

Kyre turned toward the Wizard and skull. The severity of her attitude suddenly changed, as there was magic afoot, and unsavory magic. It was a blur, but a two foot runic dagger was soon lodged into Bob's right eye socket, and Emerald quickly put on her mask with her free hand, hiding her right eye from the magic users.

"What magic are thee?" she asked softly and seriously. Her red hair draped down over the white mask and partially covered it's painted face. Her free hand reached slowly for one of her vials, one filled with a bright blue liquid.

 

[Wackymon]

Harry just stared at her, "You're an elf. An Elf. A genaric fantasy, remarkably common ELF! From EBERRON! I've played DnD matches set in Eberron."
Bob sighed, "I told you, your universe isn't the-"
Then he got a dagger loged in his eye-socket.
"..." he said.
"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooOOOOW! Watch those daggers, lady!" he shouts.
Dresden pulls the dagger out of Bob's eye socket, and says to her, "Hey! Bob might be a perverted spirit in a skull, but he's MY perverted spirit in a skull!" He says.
"And what magic am I? I'm the magic that'll kick your ass if you screw around with my belongings again!"

Kyre shifted back and brought the vial to level. The jabbering skull and the dense wizard annoyed her. "I ask again! What magic art thou!" she said angrily. Something deep in her heart burned. Unwittingly, she had stumbled into a place saturated with magic. Veim's will called for it to be absorbed.

"Answer me truthfully, or I shall take the magus on his offer!"

 

[Wackymon]

Dresden sighs, "I'm a regular wizard, what else is there? I use the power of life everyone has, and taps into the flow of life around me, chanel it, use it to protect the innocent, and those who cannot protect themselves!" He said, "And what's with the hate!" He said.

Bob continues to look at Slindis.

The drow was unamused. [color=c20000]"So then, you think you know about me? Human, you don't know the first thing, so don't even go down that path."[/color] Slindis raised a rapier between the human woman and the wizard in an attempt to calm the woman next to her. Although the wizard had the common sense of a bugbear, he hadn't done enough to earn a trip to Dolurrh. [color=c20000]"There's no need to attack this addlepatted man, ma'am."[/color]

"A magus that boasts of noblesse oblige is a magus that lies," Emerald replied as she lowered the vial, "yet thou are not of malevolent heart. This magus has not yet desired for my death nor my soul or body."

Though still wary of the magic in the area, more so the skull than anything, she lowered her weapons and retrieved her dagger. Then she was silent, turning away from the wizard and putting her cloak up so it covered her head.

Harry sighed, "I didn't say that, I said that, where I'm from, you're world is just a game setting..."
"There's a great big multiverse out there, harry. God, I told you that, in one universe, there was a spider man, so there's bound to be one based aronund that nerd-game you play."
Harry glares at Bob, "Shut up." He said.
He looks at Emerald covering her head in a cowl.
"Hey! What's wrong?" He said.

Luna knew that this fight wouldn't end well. His massive metal body would be hard to combat, and seeing as she used mostly vital organ damaging attacks, it'd be near impossible to crack this brain damaged nut.
Running was the better result than being beating by this... this thing she was facing. THe Lucario cut any future losses and hightailed it back into the woods. She needed to find away around this asshole to get to her father. She began sprinting through the tree's, jumping branch to branch.

Seals were broken as his Waste Receptacle fell off his ass.
[color=004E00]"........Damn European Craftsmanship!"[/color] He said before he reattached it.
[color=004E00]"Riiiigghhhhttt, what do we have here?....Video Communicator.........Shock Plating.......Solar Energy Absorption? What is Doom? A hippy?....What's this one?...."[/color]
He pressed a button and soon faded from existence.....

Violet was throwing darts at his mountain of Paperwork when Doom phased in.
"Victor?....Back so soon?...."

"Ahhhh...Lost the Manual?..."
[color=004D00]"There was a manual?...."[/color]
"Yeah, it's right.....on my desk! HA! Silly Me..." Violet as he pulled it out and gave it to Doom.
[color=004D00]"Right, Let's see.....Oh, Mental Teleporter....Cool, Thanks V!"[/color] Doom waved goodbye as he phased back out.
"Anytime D, Anytime."

Dillon's Island
Luna looked over her shoulder as she dashed across a plain, the Doctor was gone.
[color=004D00]"....Cool, Thanks V!"[/color]
The next thing she knew, she ran face first into Doom's outstretched arm at high speed.
*CLANG!*
Doom looked and found himself back on the island and Luna was getting off the ground nursing a bloody nose.
[color=004E00]"..........Doom meant to do that...."[/color] He said.

The Noise attracted Wesker who peered out of from the bushes.
"......No.....Fucking....Way....." He said as he motioned for the other Villains.

Kyre turned to the Drow and looked at her through the singular eye slit. She clasped Slindis' hand with her own and shook gently.

"A paladin," Kyre observed, "going against your racial stigma?"

Because he's THE DEVIL! How can you resist making a joke to THE DEVIL!

Harry shrugged at Silica, and turned to Kyre, and held out his hand, hoping she'd shake it, saying over his shoulder, "Shut up, before I find my dog and have him chomping your balls off." He said.
They could see Bob was looking at the 2 women, and was obviously fantasizing about something.

"A paladin," Kyre observed, "going against your racial stigma?"

She chuckles as she takes a moment to examine the human. Of special note to Slindis was the lean muscles under the curves which told the drow this human was no stranger to getting in and out of close quarters, and the slightly acrid stench was an indicator of either poisons or acids on her.

[color=c20000]"Actually, back home, it was not unheard of to see drow paladins in the tribes that stayed in the jungles instead of the depths of Khyber. If you wish to explain more about yourself, but you're more than free to keep your secrets to yourself. As for me, you can call me Slindis."[/color] The drow leaned back on the grass and looked at the clouds passing by while waiting for the mage to calm down.

Not all shadows own secrets.

"Slindis," Kyre tried out the name on her tongue. Her mask gave it a bit of an echo. The red-headed anti-mage sat down next to the Drow and pulled her knees to her chest. "Thou comes from a continent different to the one of this one," She turned to Slindis and looked the drow elf over with her able eye. "This one may be called Emerald. The people of Candor call this one 'Emerald Silence,'" Kyre said softly, "this one is from Veim [Veh-eem], a great tree of the south. Where it was peaceful, and free of magic. This one has been many places, but first kidnapped from Prybat. Made a slave to men in yellow robes. Made a slave to magic, by magic."

Kyre stopped and looked at the wizard. "Magic is dangerous thing, without guidance, magic kills. The ones that bound Emerald died because of so. But still, magic is in Emerald, and this one was used by ambitious men." The anti-mage held the right side of her mask with her hand gingerly, "Eventually this one was recruited by the people in shadows. This one found sisters, brothers. Hater of the men of magic."

"But once again, magic has assaulted this one, and tossed Emerald into this place, now this one am lost. And afraid." Kyre set Talon on the soft grass and watched the reflected sun run down the blade.

Kyre turned to Slindis once more, "Does thou knowst where this place be?"

Harry looks at Kyre, and just stared, sympathy in his eye (Though there was no eye contact), "Enthrallment. Despicable." He said. "I know the dangers of magic, I know what they can do. I have fought men who have become corrupted by the darkest magic, and mere kids, taken by madness induced by the Dark Arts. The magic you met was... perverted. Magic is life, it's creation... There are 7 rules, where I come from, that govern the use of magic. Thou shalt not transform others. Thou shalt not invade the mind of another. Thou shalt not reach beyond the Borders of Life. Thou shalt not swim against the Currents of Time. Thou shalt not seek beyond the Outer Gates... Thou shalt not kill by use of magic..." He said.
"Using magic to enslave... it's destroying free will, the one thing humans have, more than any other species. Freedom... to take that away... it's like taking away what makes someone human..." He said...
"I'm sorry. Magic should never be used that way... but he's just as affected by it as you were. While it scarred your mind, it perverted his... he was simply a monster..." He said...
"I'm sorry for whatever they did to you, but know that I won't hurt you..."
