I have 300+ posts, have only been warned/put on probation once, and yet I still don't have my Trinity badge.
Any ideas?

If I remember rightly, the minimum is 6 months of membership. If that is the case, then you will have to wait a few more months before you get the badge.

EDIT: Nope, it's 2 weeks. I'm out of ideas; maybe you've been put on probation twice, at inopportune times, and you didn't know?

Moderator Wrath includes probations, suspensions and bans. Not entirely sure if it includes locked threads, but I would think not as threads are oft-locked for straying off topic, if everyone is abusing the OP, or other reasons beyond the OP's control.

Don't cite me on this, but I think it that you have to fulfil both conditions on the "Good Conduct" Badges without wrath.

i.e. You could get 250 posts in 7 days, but then get a probation/suspension on the eighth day making you ineligible for the Notable Poster Badge.

I also understand that wrath ruins your chance at any "higher tier" of the "Good Conduct" Badges.

i.e. You could go 50 posts, then get a probation/suspension, and then have another 1000 posts without punishment, however you'd be ineligible for the Epic Poster Badge due to the suspension/probation.

Simple terms: Invoke wrath and you've borked it.

EDIT: Just to give you even more work, the Beer Mug Badges actually need you to post in 13 and 37 different months; not 12 and 36. Which surprised me last month.

The badge says "has posted in more than 12 months."

Ya know, they should really make these badge descriptions clearer.

Ain't that interesting. I got my badge on the 2nd of March, so it must have been updated sometime in between then.
