Well, it's confirmed that you just have to win a TRUCKLOAD of battles in a row to get Invincible: Oracle has it as well. He also says that you can return to base and still get the badge.

Time for some bot grinding I guess: having that Highlander quote will be well worth it.
You need 50 victories in a row. Happy grinding! And yes, you can retreat to base between fights.

All I'm worried about is that halfway through this little test of mine on the Berserker badge, the bots will stop giving me money... ah well. I'll keep on fighting regardless.

Currently, I have 1 loss and one win against the easiest bot. Now all I have to do is wait a day to try again...

It's gonna be a long week.

Hey scotth: for the Berserker badge, I'd just like to confirm that 5-6 battles must be won in a row by you without you leaving the Warzone in order to get the badge, and you CAN keep fighting the easy bots without losing after you've faced them 2-3 times by making sure you hit their units where they're weak and giving it all you've got each time. You can repeat this process- and keep winning battles in a row- ad infinitum as long as you're careful.

Now I have a question for y'all- for the Awe-Inspiring badge, which requires you win 100 battles without the loss of a complete unit/'army', does it need to be CONSECUTIVE wins, or TOTAL wins? If it's the former, then forget about it. If it's the latter, then that's just awesome. :p

I'm conducting tests currently to check and see what Berserker idea is correct. I just want to nail this one down, considering that it's so hard to test for... because every test must be done properly if we want to figure this out. Did you challenge the same person/bot those five times? And in what time period did you do that? Those are questions that could mess with the results...

Ah well. I'm just double checking this anyway. I'll inform everyone of the results as soon as they are done.

I challenged the same bot, the special bot named Carrie, 5-6 times, and I won every time. I don't think the time period matters, but you can't leave the Warzone at any point while fighting those 5-6 battles until you get the badge, and you have to win the battles, I think.

Erm...I have a problem. Some of my badge sprites have disappeared.

Namely zombie repellent, genre campaigner, in touch, you like me! and triumpant
I still have the badges, their description are in my profile - just no images. Zombie repellent is the first badge I have displayed and all I seem to have is the other 3 badges showing...

Any help?

This might be an update-related thing: some people were talking about it in the thread that was discussing how the reply/quote buttons vanished.

Your best bet is to contact the forum moderators immediately and keep reminding them every so often until they get back to you. Susan Arendt and Delmar_Wynn are good examples. I don't know the names of all the others.

You need a total of 100 decisive victories for the Awe-Inspiring badge. You can check your current count from your profile.

I figure I might as well finally confirm it here, given that I've seen the correct answer posted:

Berserker is won by fighting five battles in a row without retreating to your base.

Sweet. That'll make things much easier. Thanks for the info.

(Also, I'm finally on the leaderboards, w00t! :p [/shameless self- promotion])

Only two more badges to go- Awe-Inspiring, and Jackpot, and then I'll have finally have 'got 'em all.' *twitch*

Oh well. What's an easy way to get Jackpot? I've tried facing off against the Easy bots, but the most I've acquired from any one battle is $130,000.

What about a badge for the people meeting up for Escapism UK? Didn't the people who did the American equivalent get a badge? Sorry if someone has already posted this idea, but I'm not prepared to read through 20 pages of comments.

Oh, and I suppose I'll test Berserker while I'm at it: I'll challenge the same bot twice a day for a week or so starting today to test if it's the repeater method. If that doesn't get me the badge, I'll go for the balls-out berserker rage.
You too.

Updating the OP now.

Anyone know how to get it? I'm sure there must be a way, especially because of the addition of all those bots.

I got it by plowing through gwhardbot. Basically, the more expensive the army you destroy, the more money you get. I just unleashed Alien Fury on its arse (with a full house of Motherships) and came out with some shiny new badges.

Really, just fight it continuously until it gets 50 epic units, then kick the crap out of it. That's what I did.

What kind of army did you use? Three kinds of one epic unit, two kinds of one epic unit and one kind of a different epic unit, or something else?

I used 3 x 50 Motherships (Shooter, Epic/Mighty) to obtain it.

I see. Good thing us robots have access to a unit that's functionally identical to the motherships, then! :p

Srsly though, I'll try your suggestion, and thanks for the help.
