What about all the holiday gift badges as well, because there is a ton of them so many I can't count them all.

I have all the images saved but for now, this topic is only for the badges that are still obtainable.

Nice list, though I noticed a slight problem. You have the Thanks badge listed in the expired section when they are still being handed out (I think), and in the description, you only say that it was handed out to members of the Holiday Council (FeNinja, Singing Gremlin, and Varchild also have them).

Also, I think you should put a new section for achievable, but really frickin' hard to get badges (feel free to change the name) and have it include the Tech Team badge, the Thanks badge, and the Pony badge.

Ok, I may just remove certain badges or label them as unkown until the exact description is there. I have absolutely no idea how to get the Pony badge and my only guess would be "Become an admin".

From what I've gathered, the Pony is specially awarded by Susan. As for what it takes to get said Pony, I have no frickin' idea.

Then there's a badge for creating a thread with more than 100,000 views...

Think outside the box. That was one case after which the badge was given out. In order to get it yourself you would have to do something equivalently good for the site. Something new and original.

The Thanks badge is pretty self-explanatory.

That's my problem. A lot of people with these badges, I can't understand why. If people were genuinely 'earning' it, Anarchemitis, NewClassic, Labyrinth, Ultrajoe and a few more than that would have said badge.

The Iron Ninja (For his Webcomic, same reason why Anarchemitis ahould have one) and Fanboy (For his Custom Avatars) are ones I can understand, but Singing Gremlin? Galletea? Richard Groovy Pants?

More and more are appearing, and for seemingly no reason. That's what I want explained.

I don't know about Gremlin, but note a correlation between a certain thread I am known for, the OP, and the newest batch of Thanks badges.
