My forum badges don't seem to be unlocking.

I often wonder if the whole badge system is what inspires people to create massive numbers of redundant, recursive topics -- that have already been done 10 000 times before. Is it because they genuinely want to (re-)start a conversation, or because they are whoring for forum badges?

Might also explain all the one-liner drive-bys: "OMG so true quoted for truth".

I know I never would've dressed up my Fable II guy in black eye makeup and black hair and black overalls if there wasn't an Achievement in there somewhere. Just sayin'.

The only ones I really think is cool and care about are the matrix badges. Not only does the award contribute to make fanboys and alike more careful about what they post, but the badges themselves look awesome and leet.

Just checked your posts, and no you haven't. You have posted in exactly three, not more. You need to post in one more to get the badge.

Suspensions have nothing to do with Thanks badges.
In fact, I'm fairly sure Xitel and FeNinja had suspensions before.

Oh and the mods didn't tell me anything, I just didn't talk about it. =3

I definitely know how they got the 'thanks!' badges but at risk that revealing it is forbidden, I best keep quiet. Though I think it has already been mentioned in the topic.

I doubt, anyone will ever reveal how to get those two badges. I'm guessing the recipients of them have to sign some sort of binding contract so they can never tell anyone how to get one and if they do, they'll suffer a slow, gorey death. Just a guess.

If I was certain the damn thing would be removed from my profile as "punishment" for revealing the secret, I'd tell you how to get them.
