ABOUT FRIGGIN TIME! I was blown away by the costumes there I had to snicker when riding the elevator down from my room in the Hyatt I shared the car with Master Chief, Anakin Skywalker, Ginny Weasley, and Ramona Flowers

@1:30, who is that? It looks SO COOL! Also, I do believe the crazy coral-looking jedi was my favorite.

I could literally see the line to Dragoncon through my dorm room window, I really wish I'd gone... :(

Haha, awesome! So glad you caught me in the video (that's me in Tali!)

And Jack was definitely a girl--she did a kickass job putting those tattoos on for the convention as well.

This is a great improvement. The picture gallery the escapist has been using to show cosplayers at events like this was fine but it was a little tiresome to go trough all the pictures, especially for those of us with low internet speed.
Also cosplayers most times have a bit of a show set'd up that can't really be seen on a picture.

Every year cosplay gets better and better because someone wants to out do someone else. Same applies to furcons. God damn I need to go to dragon con some day.

Wow, nearly every costume was impressive.

Also, the whole event looked rather fun. Usually, when I see footage from Comic Con or other events, it looks downright miserable because there are so many people, and so much restrictions due to crowds. This, looks feasible and somewhat fun.

My favourites were Dr. Rockzo, The Techpriest, and of course, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy.

1:34... the techpriest was a nice touch. All hail the Omnissiah! Praise for the Machine God!
I'm slowly working on a plague marine, complete with oozing sores(under protective plastic so as not to lose anything important). It's taking me a long time, and of course, I would still need to go somewhere. Looks like the my buddy's obliterater will be ready before then though. He's going with Iron Warriors, with working chainfist arm.

Wow. A great many of those were really impressive.

I wouldn't have minded seeing someone from the Escapist, even non-costumed, however briefly. Who will I know who went?
It was just me and the video camera. So it would have been rather difficult to film myself.
I am sure that you would've found a way if you really wanted.

What exactly is Dragon*Con? Just everything cool in the nerdy world? (if that isn't an oxymoron, I don't know what is)
