I got quite a few cool presents today including an in line remote/mic for my iPhone as I can't stand the headphones that come with it so I use my own. Here's picture of me with my most geeky presents: a Batman bath robe, Apeture labs mug, and a Firelfy T-shirt (reccomended by the Escapist gift guide of course).

Um, I got some money. Bought myself DoW: Dark Crusade. So far the Eldar and Tau are my favorite races.

Oh, and my sister gave me Persona 3. I also got a DVD of David Fincher's "The Game," which I'd been wanting. Great film.

My family is kinda poor, so they all went in together on a PS3 for me for Christmas/birthday. Plus, it was the one that came with God of War Collectors Edition and LittleBigPlanet. Then my sister got me Demon's Souls for Christmas/birthday. Also got a new watch, Tony Hawk's Ride (but my mom bought it for the wrong system), and money. That's about it.

No... games...

I spend around 15 hours a week on games, had exhausted all my games, made half of my Christmas list full of games. But my response? Oh, video games make you violent! I got an iPod Touch (well, I'm thankful for that), a few Beatles CD's (even though I'd prefer Queen), clothes of course, and a booklight.

No books or games or money/gift cards. >.>

Well, there are still my relatives.

On the bright side, at least you have good taste in music (admitting that Queen is better than the Beatles).

Fortunately my family has seen how "violent" gamers are ("You better not be going comatose over there, son!") and give me games. But whenever I ask for martial arts tools or stuff like that, I never seem to get it.

I had to spring for Sai myself a few years ago. Not really my kind of weapon, though. Mostly I just want wooden practice weapons and knives. Things I could actually get some use out of, rather than have them sit on a stand and collect dust.

You know, I remember a time where a 64 was the present I always wanted. It came with Pokeman Snap and I almost snapped my mom's neck from the lunging hug I gave her. She also "gave" me a mini boombox with the CD "Big Willie Style" by Will Smith.

Fond memories, that.

I got The Hangover on Blu Ray, Inglorious Basterds on Blu Ray, Monty Python Almost The Truth The lawyers Cuts, West Ryder pauper Lunatic Asylum, and a bunch of underwear. The family as a whole also got a Blu Ray player for our TV (I already have one in my computer), which we just got about a week ago and is 65 inches.

EDIT: I also got the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned as an early Christmas present
DOUBLE EDIT: The Escapist also gave me a faux pony badge. Ironically I'm one of the few people to obsess over the actual one.
