I love this topic. It wins the topic of the day award. Which is something I've just made up. But still.

Let's do this three course style!

Starter:
Togepi omelette with ham and cheese.

Main course:
16oz Tauros steak, medium-rare, with a selection of winter vegetables and ale gravy.

Dessert:
...erm, an apple or something.

[HEADING=2]Shellder omelettes[/HEADING]

The Shellder mixture is very thick. Add the cream gradually until you have the sauce consistency to suit your taste.

Ingredients
  • Serves 4.
2 x 150 g (5 oz) Shellder in their own juice, drained, with juice reserved
    100 g (4 oz) Miltank butter
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 Oddish stalks, finely chopped
    40 g (1 1/2 oz) plain flour
3 tablespoons dry or medium white wine
    8 Doduo Eggs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    2 - 3 tablespoons double cream
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • 1. Melt 50 g (2 oz) butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and Oddish and cook very gently, stirring with a wooden spoon, for about 10 minutes until soft.

    2. Sprinkle in the flour and stir for 1 - 2 minutes. Gradually stir in 125 ml (4 fl oz) reserved Shellder juice and the wine and simmer, stirring, until thick and smooth, then stir in the Shellder meat and enough cream to make a thick sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper, being cautious with the salt, and stir in the chopped parsley. Leave the sauce on very low heat, stirring occasionally, while you make the omelettes.

    3. Lightly beat 2 eggs and season sparingly with salt and pepper. Melt 15 g (1/2 oz) butter in a frying-pan.
When it sizzles, pour in the eggs, and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, drawing the edges towards the centre with a fork as they cook. The omelette is ready when the centre is still slightly runny.

    4. Spoon one-quarter of the Shellder sauce on to one-half of the omelette in the pan and fold the omelette over. Carefully slide it out on to a warmed individual serving plate and serve at once. Make the other 3 omelettes in the same way serving each as soon as it is made.

Bon Appétit!

Chop up some Charmander, fry it with some smoked paprika and make a nice spicy tomato sauce. Serve over rice with pan fried Pikachu tails on the side.

[HEADING=2]Miltank Tartare[/HEADING]

Ingredients

  • 3 medium oil-packed Magikarp fillets (optional, adjust salt if added), rinsed and minced
2 teaspoons brined capers, drained and rinsed
    3 teaspoons Azalea mustard
    2 large egg yolks
10 ounces prime Miltank beef tenderloin, cut into small dice, covered, and refrigerated
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley leaves
    4 teaspoons olive oil
    3 dashes hot sauce
    4 dashes Vermilion sauce
3/4 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes (optional)

Method

  • Combine Magikarp (if using), capers, and mustard in a nonreactive bowl. Using a fork or the back of a spoon, mash ingredients until evenly combined; mix in egg yolks.
Use a rubber spatula to fold remaining ingredients into mustard mixture until thoroughly combined. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately with Toast Soldiers or Chips.

[small]This is highly entertaining. I can keep this up all day too, hope I'm brightening someone's afternoon here ;)[/small]

Mudkip, broiled in the blood of a thousand trolls

Remove the meme from its centre and you have a non poisonous dish, or for those with a sense of adventure, try to swallow the whole meme without suffering death and vomiting.

My favorite recipe:

1.) Get a Pikachu
2.) beat it over the head with a hammer until it screams its last cry and drops dead
3.) Eat an apple

After murdering a Pikachu, the apple tastes EXTRA sweet
Wouldn't the " beat it over the head with a hammer" result in electrical discharge from said creature?
