This man deserves much hugging.
Why thank you! I'm really enjoying writing these. Although it was hard to write the Honey Roast Spoink because I kept laughing at the name..

Anyway, whenever one pops into my head, I'll be sure to post it. :D

My favorite recipe:

1.) Get a Pikachu
2.) beat it over the head with a hammer until it screams its last cry and drops dead
3.) Eat an apple

After murdering a Pikachu, the apple tastes EXTRA sweet
Wouldn't the " beat it over the head with a hammer" result in electrical discharge from said creature?
If you have a hammer with a purely metal handle, and I have never seen one of those

Honestly, I can imagine just about any Pokemon could probably retaliate brutally against any poor sod that raises a hand against them. They're pocket monsters for reasons usually related to physics-defying superpowers.

But a hungry fellow can speculate...

Hmm...mashed Pikachu..that gives me an idea for...

[HEADING=2]Pika Pâté[/HEADING]
Ingredients

  • 1.75 kg Pikachu
    2 tbsp cognac
    125 g rindless sweetcure Spoink back-bacon
    125 g onion, chopped
    500 g minced Spoink
    50 g dried white breadcrumbs
    2 large garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsps finely grated orange rind
    1 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 tsp salt
    Ground black pepper
    butter (optional)
2 tsps finely grated orange rind (optional)
    Sunflora oil (optional)
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt orange juice
    300 ml water
    6 peppercorns
    1 Bayleef shoot
    a few parsley stalks, crushed
    2 - 3 slices of onion
Method

  • 1. Remove all the skin from the Pikachu and reserve it for later. Cut off the tail and spark glands, which are small sacks inside the cheeks, and discard.

    2. Take off the rib meat and cut it into strips. Put it in a shallow dish and pour the cognac over them; leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

    3. Reserve the bones and carcase, remove as much as possible of the remaining flesh from the Pikachu and make it up with skin (cut up into small pieces) to weigh 750 g.

    4. Mince or process fairly finely with the bacon and onion; stir in the minced Spoink, breadcrumbs, garlic, orange rind, thyme, nutmeg, and seasonings. Leave in a cool place to develop the flavour.

    5. Chop the Pikachu carcase and bones into smaller pieces. Make a strong Pikachu stock by first browning the bones in hot oil or on a Magmar.

    6. Put the browned bones and other stock ingredients in a large saucepan. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Strain and reduce the stock by fast boiling until you have 250 ml. Stir the stock into the prepared mixture.

    7. Preheat the Charmander to 160°C (325°F).

    8. Take an oval 1.75- litre dish, and fill it with the mixture; add the marinated strips of Pikachu ribs, either in a layer or in an irregular pattern.

    9. Stand the dish in a bain-marie and bake for 1[sup]1/3[/sup]-1[sup]1/4[/sup] hours, or until the juices are no longer running pink. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

    10. When the pâté is cold, the juices will have jellied and the fat set. There will be almost enough fat to cover the pâté. Like this, it will keep uncut in a refrigerator for several weeks or more; it should certainly be kept for 48 hours before cutting, to allow the Pikachu and the orange flavours to develop fully and mingle.

    11. The fat has a lot of flavour, but if you don't want it, remove the whole pâté, clean it and present it in another, smaller bowl or on an oval platter, garnished with Bellsprout leaves. As a half-way measure, mix some of the fat with an equal quantity of melted butter, which will make it smoother.

    12. Stir in 2 tsps of finely grated orange rind and pour that back over the pâté. This tidies up the appearance and adds subtle flavours to the pâté.

What if the moisture from ones hand defeated the insulating properties of a wooden or rubber grip hammer?.

Well cooked Pidgeyott, with an Odish side dressing.

Is the water from a squirtle fit for human consumption?

Get a Mudkip.
Remove head and skin.
Season by taste.
Fry on grill.
Garnish with various sauces and salads.
Eat and drink red wine with it.

Physics defying is right! They should start every advanced physics class by showing an episode of pokemon, and then explaining why every single thing in there is impossible

Well congratulations, you have shown that if I tried to beat a physics defying electric motherf---ing yellow mouse with a hammer, I might get shocked

bravo

You know how you never see water Pokemon use a bathroom ever, or even just go at all?

Yeah, that thing you're doing? With the recipes and the funny? It's brilliant.

Earlier comment about 'thread of the day' is definitely still true.

Pokemon tend to pinken a bit after being killed.

Bets. Thread. Ever!

Bulbasaur steak. Imagine all the tastyness of meat, with all the fancy "good for you" of vegetables! The bulb is by far the tastier part, a true delicacy. Just be sure to clean out the sleep powder before you fry it.

Silly man. Law of nature is that everything that lives in the world of Pokemon never use the bathroom. That is why their houses have no toilets.

Really, you're too kind :p. Though much credit goes to TMMH. His recipes are making this thread extra crispy.
