Once whilst making a Morrowind class I named it "Mazzive Twat" and put as the description " A big motherf***er who eats puppys and makes children cry, if you pick this class you are a really big d**k. The funny thing is it was a magic class and magic people are normally not big d**ks.

I think everyone has named the rival from pokemon a range of colourful names. "Douche" being a favourite of mine.

The rival in VGCats' Super Effective, actually. That webcomic is downright hilarious, if sick.

Always remember reading about a guy who's XBL gamertag was "like 8 midgets", so every time he killed someone on a multiplayer game, it said that they were killed by 'like 8 midgets'. Made me chuckle

The usual pokemon calling my rival various synonyms for **** thing, not much else.
Although I did name my character in KotOR "Darth Revan," just to screw up the big plot twist (spoiler alert). And my Fallout characters usually take on the name "Jeebus" and are massive twats.
Oh, and of course Mass Effect. I think I named my dude "ALLCAPSCUNT" and made him butt-ugly. I got more entertainment out of his schizophrenic shifts between paragon/renegade and awkward socializing with his hideous facial deformities than I got out of the main plot...

In Dragon Age 2, I named my character Thomas. Get it? Thomas Hawke? ThomasHawke? Tomahawk! Hardy har har! I love terrible puns.

I went with Moe.

Also in dragon age origins I called one of my characters "Shepard". And when you play Awakening you become the Grey Warden Commander. Making my PC, Commander Shepard. YEAH!

I thought the most common pun for Hawke was calling him Mike.

In zelda games i used to call my character 'Im. So when a npc talks to you they would insult themselves. Example:
"Hey, Im fat!" or
"Whats your name? Ima douche?"
This used to make me laugh everytime my characters name was spoken.

Also ive seen someone name their pokemon 'family', so when they pick it up from the day care center the old lady will say "you need to pay $10,000 if you want you family back."

and I think I used Fagballs as name a few time (it,s a name Yahtzee sometimes uses in games where he is allowed to type in a name)

On The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker I called my character "Sexy Boy" so everyone was calling me that. The best bit was at the start when I went to gran's house and she was like "I've been waiting on you Sexy Boy"
