Really? That bad?
I mean I was puking till blood came out sometimes but is it really worse than a bullet?
In terms of immediate pain, yes. Long-term damage and aches that persist for years, no.

Hypospadius surgery. Then had two catheders removed, one from my abdomin and the other from my penis. The balloon that held the abdomin one in hadn't fully deflated so when the doctor pulled it out, it was the most painful thing I could imagine. The doctor said he had never done that to someone who didn't pass out from the pain.

Hate to be that guy (which there have been a few in response to this but), but I don't think you win this thread or even ended it. a)not a game b)wasn't looking for the one most painful experience (it's not Highlander)

Also, how's your vagina/taint feeling these day? Pretty normal huh? I injured my ankle over six months ago and I could barely walk yesterday due to pain. I nearly got my foot amputated from royally fucking up my leg/ankle. The pain was beyond excruciating and that awful super sharp pain lasted nearly two months. The last four-five have consisted of a duller pain sprinkled in with moments/days of sharp pain. I personally would have taken the option of birthing triplets any day.

Migraines. If you don't get them, you just won't understand. And as an added bonus, there's no cure as far as I'm aware.

I would have to say the pain I felt after getting two teeth pulled out. At the time I barely felt because of anesthetic but once it wore off ...OUCH! I couldn't eat for about a week and I was constantly taking panadol.

My Johnson and my mortal enemy, the pants zipper. Little bugger left a nasty scar. But not as scarring as the trip to emergency room.

Multiple abscess teeth that got infected and went untreated for a month.
A worse pain was when I was burnt, but it only lasted a moment. So I recon a month-long pain that I couldn't do anything about was worst.

Enh I've got three candidates.

Appendicitis - woke up with my side aching and hurting, I kept throwing up but there was no relief it just kept throbbing and aching. It got so bad that I actually thought I was going to die. This was especially impressive considering I was seven at the time.

Second is when the dentist was drilling my teeth and we both made the rather interesting discovery that I had an extra nerve back in my jaw and needed more anesthetic if I didn't want to actually feel the drill.

And the third is cramps, not going into the gory details but I've had cramps that were so bad I had to sleep sitting up in a fetal position even get vaguely comfortable and not projectile vomit. Or cramps so bad that my legs refused to work.

Ear infection. Felt like I was dying. Which is appropriate since, had I waited any longer to go to the doctor about it, the infection would have spread into my brain. The pain was so bad that the doctor prescribed a narcotic-based painkiller, as well as an antibiotic strong enough to kill just about anything, and some kind of ear drops. Good times

Snapping 3 bones in my foot after falling down the stairs and i walked 3 days on my brokem foot without realising that it was broken.

It didn't happened to me but to my brother, he got hit with an axe right on the tibia (a friend hit him when he was cutting wood) it ALMOST hit the bone but it went right through the flesh. I can still see him running toward our summer house a hand on his tibia. Jesus Christ, there was soo much blood.

That you do.

But just for the hell of it, here's mine.

A few years back, I got an ingrown toenail. Not that big a deal, right? WELL... I'm apparently a moron, and didn't get it looked at for several months. Just plain old procrastination, I guess.

Anyways, by that point, the side of my toe had swollen up to the point where it looked like there was a SECOND toe growing out of my toe... dead serious here.

So, I went to the foot doctor, and had him operate on it. He had to CUT out the entire infected area before he could remove the ingrown toenail. That sucked.

I know it's probably not as bad as some of the others listed so far, but it's probably one of the more disgusting. And that's worth something, right?

I put a crack in my knee cap playing footy, and now sometimes it dislocates without any real reason. Until I can get it back in, that is the pain.

When my mom accidentally poured hot grease over my arm when I was little. I was helping her with dinner by chopping onions near the stove, and she accidentally rested her elbow on the pan handle, splashing a hot tsunami of grease onto my arm.
