It did hurt, but it was a strange feeling as well. My body knew where it had been kicked, but I did not experience that particular brand of "extends up into your stomach" pain. It was merely like being kicked any other place.aLivingPheonix said:Even with a jockstrap that hurts like hell. I sparred my best friend once, and he kicked me in the nuts. I'm glad I had the cup on. I'd probably no longer be a man otherwise...Jonluw said:We did indeed go out and buy one each after that incident.aLivingPheonix said:I got out of the shower, and put the towel between my legs, pulled up, and made a sawing motion... I ended up crushing my danglers...
Also, your friend should've been wearing a jock strap. Grappling without one is painful, and reckless.
Incidentally, the very first day I wore my new jockstrap, my instructor kicked me in the groin.
Getting caught in the knackers is worse than childbirth. This is not speculation or opinion, this is fact. Consider, for a moment, if you will: There comes a point in most long-term relationships when a woman will express her desire for another baby (already knowing the pain of the first). No man in history has ever turned to his wife and said: "Honey, it'd really enhance our lives if you kicked my nuts blue.". Women know the pain of childbirth and can willingly go through it again, men know the pain of catching a shot to the sack and go to extraordinary lengths to never go through it again. I rest my case.Jonluw said:If you wish for a little extra discussion value, consider whether men can go through the same pain as women do in giving birth.
Was that deliberate or just plain unlucky???Bernzz said:Stood with my legs either side of a skinny makeshift see-saw. Mate of mine jumped from a tree on the other side. My side comes flying up. Wham. Ouch.
I believe what one also must consider is whether we should set "being kicked in the sack for the same amount of time it takes to give birth" up against "giving birth", or if giving birth should be set up against one single kick.Grouchy Imp said:Getting caught in the knackers is worse than childbirth. Let's say repeated kicks for natural childbirth and one single kick for C-sections.Jonluw said:I believe what one also must consider is whether we should set "being kicked in the sack for the same amount of time it takes to give birth" up against "giving birth", or if giving birth should be set up against one single kick.Grouchy Imp said:Getting caught in the knackers is worse than childbirth. we have softball here, too... but we call the other one a soccerballTerribleAssassin said:A softball (baseball for you Yanks), very fast = very painful.
I also got punched very hard in them and took a football to them.
Then I figure we'll go with repeated kicks. C-sections don't count.Grouchy Imp said:Let's say repeated kicks for natural childbirth and one single kick for C-sections.Jonluw said:I believe what one also must consider is whether we should set "being kicked in the sack for the same amount of time it takes to give birth" up against "giving birth", or if giving birth should be set up against one single kick.Grouchy Imp said:Getting caught in the knackers is worse than childbirth. While this may be true there is the whole 'if I go through this I'll have another child' thing whereas there isn't really any benefits to getting a kick to the nuts so women aren't going through the pain for nothing.Grouchy Imp said:Getting caught in the knackers is worse than childbirth.
