Replica weapons in Elder Scrolls Oblivion, i walked into the fighters guild for the first time, and nearly broke all my lockpicks trying to get this really awesome looking sword to find it had an attack value of 1 and broke whenever you swung it at someone...

Alright, so power-ups isn't QUITE the same as weapons, but they still mention some ones worth merit, I.E. Giant's Knife from OoT.

not the worst but very unsatisfying was the half life 2 pistol (not a bad gun but....)

ok when get that gun on the p.c version you know you just wanna head shot Civil Protection
except it takes TWO head shots to take down a CP.... no one hit kill

I know it's pretty obscure, but anyone tried to use a bow in Mount&Blade? I'm pretty good at shooting things in games, but I couldn't even hit a horse with that shit.

even with really high archery its weak and it takes for ages to get high with it. (without using ctrl and x har har har)

but the absolute worst weapon has gotta be that ruddy smg from halo 2 its like "hey master chief ya gotta save earth now forget all the overpowered weapons from the first game here is a bunch of really weak weapons, also youll have to us that automatic staple..... i mean smg alot so get used to it."

I'll also say the starting handgun in fallout 3 and the plasma pistol in halo(s).

The plasma pistol was so under rated. Its a fantastic secondary weapon. One charge shot wipes out shields then you switch to your other weapon (or dont for duel wield) to finish the guy off. Great piece of kit.

It was too close range, making it less effective then a grenade. BAsically it only worked if you held the bullet down constantly, wasting ammo. May as well just grenade then BR or grab a rifle. The time between changing weapons was all it took to get punched in the face, losing your own sheild as well.

But there are loads of plasma pistols and few grenades. You shouldn't really be firing any pistol at mellee range in a game where it takes quite a few shots to down someone. I won't argue though. I liked it, you didn't.

All the rifles in Black except the chain fed M60 and the M4. You could empty a whole clip in some of the guys but pull out the baby eagle and drop them with a single shot!

I own with the Bow in that game. I hit a target at 10.0 Difficulty! (I got soooooooo lucky. I shot it over a hill, and hit a guy in the head as he was coming up)

I say Goldeen is the Smash Bros series. At least Mew,Celebi,Jirachi,and Manaphy give you stuff.
