There was never a Year 0. 1 AD followed immediately after 1 BC. Therefore the first year in this calendar was Year 1 and so I am right and you believe a myth :p

OK, you want to make it 2001-2010 for "the '00s". You're doing it wrong. But what the hell...

I'm going to cast my vote for Darkstar One. Even I didn't notice it until I got it as part of the Patricians and Merchants Pack on Steam (and then only because my old Patrician 3 disc install didn't work under Windows 7 because of a DLL file incompatibility baked into the original release.)

When even I miss a game in the trade-sim genre, that's saying something.

Count the years. 2010, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. That's 11 years, not ten. A decade consists of 10 years. Something doesn't add up properly with your logic.
Well no, 2020 wouldn't be in that decade.
Therefore, it would be ten years.

Something doesn't add up int your braincells

Yeah, 2019 would end with that decade, thats the general idea.

I don't care how much I get flamed but FFX-2 I LOVED it, and everytime I turn it on I have to hear my brother whine about dress FF style blah blah blah, it was awesome and reminiscent of FF Tactics. (I don't just love it cause I'm a girl, so blow me)

In which case I apologise and rectify my statement - from 00:00 on the 1st of January 2010 to 23:59 (and 59 seconds) on the 31st of December 2019 is one decade.

Evil Genius does not get near enough love from the masses (though I have seen a handful of people mentioning in the past few days; props to those people)! I've yet to find another game that allows you to be a Bond villain, never mind one that pulls it off as well as Evil Genius. Love that game.

I enjoyed Run Like Hell for what it was. Not a good game, per sé, but an entertaining one. Also, one of the first games to feature blatant procuct placement (Bawls drinks were your health potions, basically). Which I find hilarious to no end.

I don't know if it counts, but Call of Duty: United Offensive went a little more under the radar compared to the original, and I enjoyed it way more than Call of Duty. Both were amazing, of course, but I enjoyed the expansion more. Better level design, I think.

In my personal opinion it was definitely Mirror's edge. In no way am I going to start calling it the best game evaaaar but I loved the idea of the game more than anything else. Its the story and world that I truly found to be interesting. While faith was a good protagonist, she wasn't what kept me coming back. And it saddens me that both dice and EA don't seem to have any intention on making aa sequel. I think it would be worth the time and effort. But what do I know. Im a fanboy >.<

That title gave pretty much the only mech-experience in the current console generation, and SEGA went and shut down the servers way before they should have. The single-player is god-awful, and it now serves as a $60 paper-weight at the bottom of my game shelf.

I'm jonesin' for a fix. @_@
After playing it a bit on a friend's console, I always felt that game had a place in PC gaming, but it never went there. Sometimes a good game released on the wrong platform can really bone things up.

I agree Evil genius is not given nearly as much love as it deserves. But if I had to pick a really good game not given enough mention it is Jade Empire. Yes it was short and had some problems but I think overall it was a pretty solid game that does not get as much attention as other bioware rpg's. deservers a sequel in my opinion.
