Akimbo 1887 with Bling Pro to countering the nerf they did in an update...that's dedication, but still "noob" as they are stupidly easy kills (one would imagine, I don't own the game).
The only noob guns on BC2 that I've heard called that were the N-2000 Shotgun, the M60 LMG, the 40mm grenade launcher ("noob tube") and the Carl Gustav RPG ("Big noob tube").
The N-2000 because it has crazy damage even with the accuracy perk (which reduces overall damage), the M60 cos it's really accurate (the most accurate LMG) and really powerful (the most powerful LMG), the 40mm g-launcher for obvious reasons, and the same goes for the Gustav.
Calling someone a "noob" is justified when the weapons they use remove all need to be good at the game, where most of the time you will win a fire-fight regardless of what you can do, more because of the weapon you use.
