Personally, "bf/gf" relationships make me sick. Just seeing people, especially High School/College kids, holding hands or wearing matching clothes or otherwise advertising their "love" makes me want to kill myself.
I'd like to meet a girl that is attractive and shares my interests-- but she also needs to have a cold, black heart to match mine. I find cynicism very sexy.

My preference for girls personality wise is independence, strong willed, goal oriented, adventurous and so forth along those lines; essentially a girl who knows what she intends to do with her life and decides to date in the similar mind frame I do; because she wants to enrich her life and enjoy her experiences with someone else, not to define her life. Basically a girl I feel challenges me.
I cannot stand girls whom cling to me for attention at every possible moment for I find them irritating, thus they are a waste of my time. Of course any girl I date would have to able to tolerate my sense of humor and immense amount of sarcasm.
Admittedly I do have guilty pleasure toward red, and by red I mean actual red, not orange, along with rather short; below 5'6 despite my height of 6'4. Granted neither of these is a definitive must.
What has irked me is I have friends whom fit this bill and then some (I swear one is my double just female) which sparks a slight interest, which arguably is rare given my apathetic attitude toward dating in its entirety. Unfortunately we do not live even remotely close to one another.

Mate, I agree with DrHobo, Get a PIC! trust me. My Clanmates and I had a 2 week lolfest aimed at one of the people who hangs around our Ventrilo. He comes into our server to announce that the person he had been chatting with for a bunch of months (or so) was a guy that whole time. He then proceeds to announce : "I though I was in Love!" Me? I'm a sucker for black hair and blue or green eyes. Preferably tall and with some muscle. I like the quiet, intelligent types. Preferably lonely and shy like me.
Oh yes and someone who's into music, video games or art and is a bit outdoorsy but also lazy.
