We could always just put "mega" in front of every fully evolved Pokemon. That will keep things going for a while. XDJohnny Novgorod said:

If we want to get technical, we're missing Chespin, of Gen VI. But yeah, as far as the chart is concerned, we're done with Cs.

Buneary, also I might mention that V is done, I personally checked the entire thing and I cant see any other pokemon with V left. I don't see any other pokemon with B that is left.
Might as well say Vivilion then, the game is over either way, every pokemon except gen 6 has been said so far I think.
We were missing Vivillion of Gen VI, but yeah, we're now done.
It does feel a little empty. Maybe this is how you feel once you actually catch all 649 Pokemon?
Anyway, I was thinking about now doing a different game, same thread, in which we post pictures of Pokemon in the order they're numbered. The catch is these pictures have to be taken from the anime, as opposed to simply googling "Bulbasaur" (#001) and nabbing the first image we see of the thing. Kind of like the "Let's count with images thread", except with Pokemon images.
See if this holds up. If it doesn't, whatever, it was fun having you play along
