It actually felt pretty good when I did it in Black, I remember I finished the Pokedex right before Black and White 2 came out.

You know I never realized he was an exact palette swap of Squirtle, plus pointy ears.

I would always find Blastoise to be a bit antagonizing considering I always pick Charmander, now I just trade myself a Squirtle and Bulbasaur in FireRed to calm that fear.

"Cock" used "Harden"! It's super effective (for some reason)!

Butterfree lasts an unusually long time in my party, but it's always the first to go.

I've always thought Weedle was a lot cuter than Caterpie, but I still prefer Butterfree to Beedrill by a huge margin.

Poison Sting beats Tackle by a long shot, at least early in the game.

That is true, but I love that Butterfree learns confusion after it evolves, which is nice considering psychic type attacks are rare at that point in the game.

This is one Pokemon I'm glad isn't real, a giant bee with drills, no one would be safe.

Probably the first Pokemon I ever caught! Gust rocks early in the game.

I can't really think of anything interesting to say about Pidgeotto, I would always rush to turn it into Pidgeot when I would use it.

I would take forever to evolve my Pidgeotto. And then I would promptly dump my Pidgeot into the storage.

This one may be in the top percentage of Ratatta, it depends if it belongs to Youngster Joey.

Spearow horde battle! They sure made flocks of Spearow out to be total jerks in the anime if I remember correctly.

I think Fearow suffered the same fate. Every Gen we get cases of "good and evil" counterparts. Butterfree/Beedrill, Pidgey/Spearow...
