The Society of Justice: A Super Hero Roleplay

Jason chuckled slightly as he approached the door.

"Funny. Out of all of the things we've done together, the thing that finally defeats us, turns out to be a goddamn door." He says in disgust as he softly kicks at the door. He puts a hand to the vast door, and runs one of his sharp fingers down it. The door makes a long but quiet screeching noise as he does so, but that's about it.

"Damn. Didn't even leave a scratch." He said with a sigh.

Simon looked around the door, searching for wires or any other kind of electrical devices

"If we could find a way to cut the power to whatever is on the otherside...even if its only for a second, I could get in there"

 

[tsatoma]

"I think," Garrus started after pacing around everyone for a moment, "With enough force we can get it open. Those inner workings are sturdy, but if I can send in enough shock waves that should be able to screw them up. Then maybe Rich can burn through the rest or Tommy can break it open."

"That could work. If it is sufficiently weakened, I could cut through the metal where it meets the walls. Then anyone with sufficient strength could just break it in." Richard replied as he checked the wall and figured it would probably work.

Golem tapped Richard on the shoulder and then gave him the thumbs up to show he was with him on that plan. He then took a step back and began pulling the knife that were stuck in him out of his body, dropping them on the floor. He looked at his other wounds, the cuts were already in the first stages of healing, the bloody was crusting on them, preventing further bleed out.

Simon leaned casually against the wall, his arms crossed

"Do your thing tough guys. I'll wait here until you guys get rid of that static field"

 

[tsatoma]

"Give me a moment," Garrus said as he went up to the door, knocking on it a few times before sending a few destructive ways into it. He sent another wave in to see the damage, sending in a few more destructive ones before saying the inside was scrambled.

"You're next Rich," he said as he stepped aside.

"Alright then, you may want to cover your eyes. This is going to be very bright." Richard said as he focused both beams on a single point, the metal of the door being cut with a shower of sparks. He started with the left side where the door met the floor slowly moving up. He cut along the entirety of the door a few times before stopping.

"There, should be weak enough you can just barrel through." Richard said, almost anxious to get this over with.

Golem walk up to the door and knock on it a few times to see if he could get and answer from the person inside. When there was nothing he shrugged, then punched the door with haymaker, sending it flying. He took a step back and to the side and then motioned inside with his hands.

 

[tsatoma]

"God that seemed to have taken forever," Garrus muttered as he walked into the upper hallway corridor. They were now definitely in the lab, metallic equipment and notes were along the edges of the room as they walked along. Garrus walked over to the windows, ducking down when he say Mordtoten and his bodyguard ('That fucking Husk guy,' Garrus thought) in the lower chambers.

Mordtoten was busy typing away at his computer, getting up every couple of second to look under a microscope that was next to him. Both him and Husk were wearing surgical masks over there mouths, with Mordtoten's face being almost impossible to see with due to his hi-tech goggles over his eyes and his head phones.

"Well guys, finally made it," Garrus said with a slight chuckle.

Golem followed Garrus next keeping low just like Garrus, he looked over and saw the two men below. He quickly scribbled something down and handed the note to Garrus.

 Alright I'm guessing thats the Mordtoten, and isn't the other guy the one who kicked Jason's ass back at the mcdonalds?

"You've got it right," Garrus replied back, "Funny that they both are just chilling down there. Guess neither of them really care."

Jason sneaked in behind them, coming in just in time to see Garrus reply to Tommy's note. After quickly glancing over the paper, Jason's unseen brow furrowed.

"Oi! He did not kick my ass! We we're even! Or at least, I think so...I don't remember much from that fight..." Jason eagerly whispered as he looked down upon the doctor and his bodyguard.

"So, it's like five of us, and only two of them. How're we gonna do this without releasing that virus?" He asked Garrus.

 

[tsatoma]

"I have no clue. Now is the next stage of planning! My plan: incapacitate Husk (without breaking anything) and stop Mordtoten (without breaking anything). We just need to be careful, there are a ton of vials but I'm not sure if any of them are the virus," Garrus explained.

 

[CounterAttack]

"I'm pretty sure I could deal with Husk," Katie said quietly, walking into the room to join the group. "I wonder how he would like being trapped under the bark of a tree for a few years."

Simon walked in after the others, feeling the constraints of the static electricity vibrating against his cells. Still he had his knives and his increased speed so he wasn't totally out of the fight.

Richard joined the rest not bothering to stay low after that entrance. He was sure that with a massive metal door crashing against a wall, they would hear it.

"Why in the hell are you all crouching, they know we are here unless they are freaking deaf. Besides, we focus on husk, Mordtoten is a scientist, he won't dirty his hands when he has a perfectly capable man to do it for him. I'm pretty sure between all of us, we can defeat him. That, or Jason can try to take him on one-on-one again and have a protracted fight that he either tied or lost." Richard said as he walked by the rest of the group.

Realizing that crouching was pretty much a lost cause at this point, Jason arose rubbing the back of his shielded head.

"I dunno Rich, We were pretty much evenly matched during that fight (or at least the parts I remember), so I don't know how that would work out. But it would be cool to fight that tampon guy again. Maybe we could just jump him or something." He stated, looking down at the two villains.
