Ya this is a pretty big post BTW, cookies for anyone who can find the saturday morning cartoon reference.
Also I'm wondering if it would be a good idea if we made a User Group for OOC chat. Other RP's I've been in have them and their usefull for just cutting down the amount of OOC things on the thread.

Tommy had arrived in Nova City, as soon as he got into city limits he was stopped by police who requested he leave his car behind, for the sake of keeping the few open roads free for emergency vehicles. He complied without or complaint, got out and continued further into the city on foot. One of the first things he noticed was how much the civilian response had picked up dramatically. The day before it had just been disorganized pockets of people trying to dig their friends out of the rubble and recover from the shocks, but now the relief efforts were organized under a central leadership. Tent villages had come up on the outskirts of the city, bearing the Red-Cross, and the symbols of other Aid organization, all working to give shelter to those displaced. A constant procession of planes and trucks brought in supplies from across the country, things like food, water, fuel, clothing, medicine, and thousands of assorted things to bring some joy back into peoples lives. In fact the response was so swift and powerful, Tommy had a feeling that by that time next week, Nova City would be back to normal, as if it hadn't ever been through an earthquake.
As Tommy went deeper into the city he began to see less white and red relief uniforms, and more green and brown camouflage. He wanted to investigate more, but he knew he wouldn't be able to move around the military in civilian clothes. He waited until no one had their eyes on him and then ducked into an alley, he then threw down a smoke bomb, releasing the magical cloud of smoke the transformed his clothes, he stepped out, no longer Tommy Stitch, but Golem.
Golem walked out into the street and began approaching the tent which seemed to be the hub of the military activity. As he walked he was intercepted by an MP, " I'm sorry sir, but only authorized personnel are allowed past this point." the MP stated in clipped manner.
Golem wasted no time in making a note and giving it to the MP.
Code:
I'm Golem, with the Society of Justice.
"It's alright," The officer said, " He matches the profile of Golem."
With that the MP stood aside and let Golem pass. The Officer then approached to greet Golem more formally, "I'm 2nd Lieutenant Dye, the MP does bring up a good point though, shouldn't you have some sort of official identification?"
Code:
I just signed up with the Society two days ago, we haven't even had any sort of formal ceremony. What's with all the troops? This seems a bit more than I'd expect.
Tommy nodded, they exchanged goodbyes and went their separate ways. Smacking around some looters sounds like fun, but It'll have to wait until I get something out of the way first. He adjusted his comm-link to make sure the lip-reader was on right before calling Garrus, " Garrus, It's Golem, I'm in Nova, going to look into something on Dr. Broadway. I got a question, shouldn't we have badges, or signet rings or something, so people know we're in the Society?"
