I hate to point this out guys, but this is pretty much exactly what spoony wanted. He wanted to say and do whatever he wanted, so he did it. Getting fired is the foreseeable and inevitable result of abusing your friends, co-workers, your bosses and customers for six months straight. He wanted to be free of those constraints and burn every single bridge he could, now he's got and he's done exactly what he wanted.

Most of the people I've been discussing with only have bones to pick with LordKat and Lupa.
Personally, I think Scarlett should have just stayed out of this to begin with. She really has no direct involvement.
Spoony's been in a bad place for awhile now, if you ask some of his fans. He shouldn't have made the joke, and Lupa shouldn't have brought it up a month later just to egg him on. Both parties are at fault in some way here, no one is in the right.

I like the stuff these guys make, and honestly if they can't get along on a personal level then they should at least make the effort to get along professionally.

Making absolutely no comments regarding the specific situation, making no judgements against Scarlett, Spoony, Lupa, LordKat or anyone else involved even tertiarily in this confrontation, I'm not overly surprised.
Spoony has been in a downward spiral for a while now. He's already been confirmed to be depressive, and I know from personal experience just how dangerous it can be when you start to fall into a real depressive episode.
He needs therapy, genuine real professional therapy. And in terms of his reviewing, I really don't think he should be reviewing until he's back on course. In terms of his artnership with That Guy With the Glasses, as I said above I'll make no statements about this problem, but I do think that in the general scheme of things, it's probably for the best that the partnership is suspended while he pulls himself together, whichever way he does it.

Apologies, it would seem that LordKaT removed the video. I suppose it got too controversial, the guy was seriously railing off on Spoony.
