I know, I wasn't taking it seriously. I was just hoping for a funny explanation of how one skydives underwater.

Obviously, some sort of electromagnetic technology is used to make part of an ocean float in the sky. Then the person dives into the water and then the water is released. The person is underwater, while the water is falling from the sky. That is how one would skydive underwater.
