I beleive the best way to die I ever heard was jumping with a rope attached at your feet, and a much shorther lenght of twine or fishing line attached to you neck. before you jump you glue your hands to the sides of your head, and it will look to the casual observer as though you've ripped your head off by sheer force of will.
