The world has had a nuclear war, and you are the only survivor of the human race what do you do?

Try to make contact with people in space stations, nuclear subs, ships that are far out at sea, etc. An aircraft carrier has thousands of workers on it, so if just one survived, the human race could survive on in a rivet-city style boat. Failing that, I'd find a fast car and travel to the eastern coast of North America, trying to find a way across the Atlantic (take over a cruise ship, maybe). I'd likely die pretty fast due to trying to learn how to use a vehicle with no proper training.
Build/Find a sanctuary to protect myself from the elements and animals and such.
Gather supplies (Guns, food, water, a generator, etc)
Search for survivors. It's incredibly improbable that no one else survived.
Maybe send out a continuous message or something for survivors to meet me somewhere.

Taking it that the holocaust happens after I finish my degree in Genetics, in between the obvious stuff in regards to finding food, shelter, clean water, e.t.c, I'd salvage enough equipment to start up a genetics laboratoy to try and restart the human race, splitting my own cells in such a way as to produce viable zygotes, then splice them together and grow them in nutrient solutions to try and restart the human race. As a guy, this would work, since I possess X and Y chromosomes, allowing for the creation of male and female offspring.
After that, I'd start having some fun. Business before pleasure, and all that. I'd also start trying to salvage as much as I could about world history, and science, technology, engineering, and so on, so the human race didn't have to start from Year One again.

The only sensible thing in such a situation: I'd take a nap.
