Without saying a word, Grant took the paper, covered it with ice, and handed it back to Jack. "You can wait until it thaws."
Apparently Poxum had one one of his narcoleptic episodes shortly after he had started his cigarette. He woke up just a few minutes to find everyone talking in a more or less peaceful manner. He then got of from the trash bin and took a few steps to shout at the crew from a distance. " What the hell is going on here?! Weren't two of you fighting to the death or something? If no ones dying today, can you just point me out of this backwards town?"
I may leave unless one of you one of you attacks me or gives me a really good reason to stay. Don't be too bad though, I've got plans for Poxum making a return in a pretty normal way if I decide to leave. It's just that I feel like even though I'm online, you guys are saying a ton.
"Whoa, dude! Jesus, what the fuck? Who freezes a guy's hand? A deaf guy's hand?" Ribbon was shocked. This man Grant clearly wasn't cool-headed, contrary to what you might assume about him based on his affinity. "Do they not have sensitivity where you come from? Jack here's my boy! We like Jack!"

"Maybe this 'Maria' character will be more agreeable once she's buried in a tomb of ice!" Grant yelled as he placed both hands on Maria's truck. The entire truck began to be covered with ice, keeping the wheels from turning or doors from opening. Within a few seconds, more than half a meter of ice covered the truck from all sides, but he still did not stop.
Grant's uncovered face contorted with anger as he yelled "I am Grant! Master Cryomancer and the Librarian! You will pay me respect, and you WILL LISTEN TO ME!"

"Jesus. This dude's fucking nuts," Ribbon said, not taking too much care to keep her voice down. Hanging around Grant wasn't going to be good for her health, but unfortunately she really wasn't in a position to cut him loose like she had with Yorick. Grant was the only person who might be able to get her home. Unfortunate as it was, she needed him.
"Fahrenheit! Fahrenheit, listen," Ribbon called, scurrying over to Tyler. She dropped her voice. "You're with me from now on. The "thick girls" thing isn't gonna be an issue, I like the weird shit. Whatever you're into, I'm good for it, just... you stand between me and that guy from now on." Tyler was clearly the strongest thing Ribbon had run into so far, and when Grant eventually lost it Mr. Fahrenheit was gonna make a better human shield than anyone else would.

Grant's rage finally began to subside, and his look of anger was slowly replaced by one of annoyance.
"Damn. I froze my arms to the truck." Grant said to himself with a calm voice.

"Hey, if Mr. Freeze needs an attitude adjustment, I'll be happy give it to him." Tyler replied as he watched Grant. He sniggered at Grant's predicament. He also didn't really want to help Maria out of the truck, because she was just as bad as Grant in his eyes.
"Who are you talking to, Grant was it? You say you're a cryomancer now? Can you make me ice cream? I haven't eaten in like forever. I've just been wandering around, site seeing, torturing animals for shits and giggles, the usual stuff you'd expect from a super powered delinquent." Poxum said as he finally walked close enough that he didn't need to yell anymore.
Ribbon chuckled. Grant's demands that people "show him the respect he deserves", combined with Tyler offering to give him an attitude adjustment, was reminding her of John Cena and CM Punk's WWE Championship feud. "Y'ought'a put him in the STF, give him a Five-Knuckle Shuffle or something." Pro wrestling probably didn't even exist wherever Tyler came from, but Ribbon was amusing herself.
Grant's eyes opened wide again at this new voice. He let out a yell as he kneed the ice on the truck several times until it was broken enough to pull his arms free. He then raised both of his arms in the air, and the shards of ice scattered on the ground suddenly rose above his head.
Still holding the shards above his head, Grant turned to face Poxum, leaving his back to Tyler and Ribbon."That's it! I have had enough of this! Let's see how clever you are when you're impaled by ice all over your body! Or maybe you'd prefer if I just froze your heart solid right now!? I can do that, you brat! I have spent centuries perfecting my magic!" Grant shouted.
Still holding the shards above his head, Grant turned to face Poxum, leaving his back to Tyler and Ribbon."That's it! I have had enough of this! Let's see how clever you are when you're impaled by ice all over your body! Or maybe you'd prefer if I just froze your heart solid right now!? I can do that, you brat! I have spent centuries perfecting my magic!" Grant shouted.
Grant's own core body temperature is around -20 Celsius (How? Magic, of course!) and he uses his magic to keep an aura around himself that is about the same temperature. He is also immune to most ill effects of the cold. Just for reference.
"Haha, fuck. That didn't take long at all," Ribbon said. She was smiling, but her body was filling with dread. Could she run over and knock the guy out before he killed her? Did he have some sort of ice-armor over his skin that'd keep her from managing it? Maybe she should just get Tyler to do it.
"This one's on you, man. "Mr. Fahrenheit", that's a superhero name - a really fucking great one, sorry I didn't mention that - you don't wanna let this creepy smelly-looking kid die, right?"

"You took centuries to just to be a glorified snow man?" Pozum said, "You weren't just born with them? Also, the hell did I do, I was just asking for food you old prick! If you want me to leave I'll just go, I have a sense that you won't be dying anytime soon now, since that Fahrenheit guy seems to have started to act like a frickin ice cube in these girls' hands. "
