It's addictive. And very mod-friendly.

thanx, but i guess it's just me but i feel that it's very repetitive. In fact i already played a whole afternoon buying the same guns on the same map taking the same path killin and getting killed by the same people.

Well, seeing as I never buy into that whole hype business, I've rarely been let down by a game. But if I had to say, I'd probably go with Prototype.

The entire halo series. Maybe it comes from not being a shooter fan, but every game and their dog, and their goldfish for that matter, is trying to be like halo. Halo is not god. It's a decent shooter, and a half decent game overall. I honestly have more fun with minesweeper, or y'know, the Nintendo Wii.

I thought halo to be somewhat mediocre compared to games from a similar timeframe.
I hated MGS1, although 4 was okay (never played the others)
Bioshock was okay, I loved parts of it, but I didn't like the lack of ammo.
Sims- what is the apeal of playing your own boring life?
SPORE- I expected the most epic, bestest game EVAR. I sadly got none of that. Now I use it to create terrifying creatures for no reason, and creating HL2 enemies

Deus Ex just doesn't really do it for me. There are better shooters out there and better RPGs. I really don't care about hybrids.

Assassin's Creed. Absolutely despise that game. The gameplay was awful, but the story was cool enough to get me to buy Assassin's Creed 2. Damn you Ubisoft. Damn you.

Half Life 2 and Bioshock

Bio got better in the last two thirds and if your going to have a good finish or a good start I'd take the good finish any day, but that doesn't make up for the first two thirds.

Half Life 2 was just booooooooooooooooooooooring. And the vehicle sections (which are about half the game) had AWFUL controls on the 360. I dragged myself through it expecting it to get good because everyone raved about how godly it was.

Final Fantasy 7 /Flameshield.

I just didn't think it exceeded it's predecessor in any way, shape, or form. Much like the OP, I don't HATE the game that I chose, I just simply don't regard it as being the greatest game ever made.

What's more, is some of the followers of the game I've encounter. The majority (Can't say all, As I've encounter a few good ones who are open minded) of the fans are appalled at the thought of anybody disagreeing with them, or debating the said topic.
good thing I brought a vat of corrosive acid...

Fallout 3. It was shit, wearing a colorful shit hat, and particularly warm shit coat. It also was wearing a new fragrance of Shit by Bethesda. My point being, i had never played ANY of the previous games but it as so hyped and it was so well reviewed....I watched about an hour of gameplay footage and it looked amazing. It was absolute SHIT! I dont see why ANYONE would like that game. You get a good 6 hours of main story line. Weak story line at that.

"Oh you didnt bother with the side quests!" You might say. Well, shut up, yes I did. they were dumb. They impacted the world in NO way, shape or form. Most of them being, hey go get this for me, or go kill this person real quick. There was nothing positive to say about that game other than the graphics were decent and the world was immersive........until a person talked to you.

Halo 1 and Half life 1 are great 2+ so so In halos case its highly over hyped medicore shooter but Halo 1 did some new things with weapons, vehicles and AI, half life 2 even with the eps is a bit lack luster and could have been better from a gameplay stand point but Halo 3 is the worst....

Bioshock is very unintuitive and under developed almost as much as Fallout 3.

Also zelda is slowly being over hyped...and generic...like any castlvina game.....

You should.

It's a really good game.
