I have to go with Fallout 3. I loved Oblivion but I was disapointed in FO3 after all the hype it got.

Also Mass Effect. It is not THAT good-.

CoD 4, waste of 50$.
*Spits drink on computer screen* Excuse me?! What didnt you like?
agreed i mean even zero puncuation gave it a good review.
Campaign was great I agree, but I mas more in it for the multiplayer.
Turns out I didn't like the multiplayer.
Plus I don't generally play campaigns twice unless the game is godly.

Portal was pretty good, but there was no replay-value. There is always only 1 solution to each puzzle; If they made more than one solution to each puzzle, there might have been replay value.

The same, don't get me wrong it was a great game, I just don't understand the absolute hype and affection it gets. And I didn't think the ending was that much of a shocker. KOTOR will always have the best moment it that category for me.

I have to say that Team Fortress 2 is highly ove... BWAHAHAHAHA naaah I can't say that. I would sooner trash my computer than say Team Fortress 2 is overrated. Glad to see that no one here has stated that.

Also in my opinion, Call of Duty 4 is a biiiit over the top. I'm not saying it wasn't fun, but it sort of felt like Call of Duty 2 (My one true love) toned down a bit, but that just may be because I managed to beat the whole games campaign on Veteran, (Well, COD 4 too but COD 2 came first :D

Hahaha it's almost becoming 'cool' to hate on Half-Life now.

Worst-best games for me would be Farcry 2 or Mass Effect.

Farcry 2 - Terrible navigation, unreasonably programmed AI and daunting travel A-B tasks.
If it wasn't for the graphics I'd probably not have played more than an hour of it.

Mass Effect - Honestly, I wanted to love this game.
The fact that someone had turned such an epic Sci-Fi story into a game was the stuff of dreams but in the end, the dull combat, lame vehicle sections and sheer amount of dialogue was too much for me and I quit about 10 hours through.
Don't say I didn't try :(

Half Life 2 and Bioshock

Bio got better in the last two thirds and if your going to have a good finish or a good start I'd take the good finish any day, but that doesn't make up for the first two thirds.

Half Life 2 was just booooooooooooooooooooooring. And the vehicle sections (which are about half the game) had AWFUL controls on the 360. I dragged myself through it expecting it to get good because everyone raved about how godly it was.
Don't play a PC game on the Xbox 360 then. You would have had WAY more fun

I'm... not alone? Really? My god! I thought I was the only one! I really don't see what's special about BioShock.

I have to give an honorable mention to Fallout 3. But wait! Don't think I didn't like the game. I loved it, but the non-vats shooting felt so un-polished it really annoyed me, there's a bunch of little things in that game that bring down the experience. But I love it. I just feel it needed to be said.

Final Fantasy 7 was the weakest generally-regarded "best game ever" I've personally played. It wasn't "bad", but it doesn't crack my top 50.

Mass Effect. It's not a bad game, really, but I wouldn't really acclaim it as "RPG of the year".

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. There aren't enough words on the entire Internet for me to express how much I dislike this game, so I'll put it to you like this: As a gamer, I've always hated timed missions. They make me edgy and nervous to the point that I can't enjoy the game. And what is Majora's Mask? One giant timed mission. 'Nuff said.

Half life 2 derivative and uninspired it actually felt like a struggle to play it much farther than I did when it gets to that point well yeah. Now admittedly I generaly dont like fps feels like playing the exact same game over and over again to me maybe it was fun when I was a kid with doom and system shock 2 but since then only bioshock has entrhalled me even then mostly because it IS System shock 2 watered down badly. And yeah the story was meh, I dont see why it gets all this high praise for story and characterisation Gordons a mutw wiht all the personality of sandpaper and the supporting cast are underplayed and stuck into niches.
