Blackout Crew - Put A Donk On It
Okay, what the hell is a "Donk"?
I second that, what is a "Donk"? Is this a British term?
Yup, it's a British invention for ruining popular music.

It's sort of a bouncy drum beat thing, I can't really describe it very well so you're best off just watching this...

You may find it hilarious, as any sane person would but bear in mind these guys are serious.
Ok, so I see a bunch of guys playing with analog equipment from the 80's making rave beats from he 90's. There is nothing new nor original. Empty headed music for empty headed people. I see why you hate them.

This is real some real Euro Electro:

There's a tonne of great dance and electro from the UK, unfortunately that nonsense is what the media picks up on now, there hasn't been a good mainstream dance track since the late 90s.

I think I might have to look into Covenant, those tracks you posted links to are great.

Anything made by The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Soljua Boy, or basically anything thats mainstream
Actually i think its safe for us to embrace mainstream once in awhile because you have to remember that some people got to mainstream because of their actual talents. Radiohead went from indie to pretty mainstream nowadays, sure their music's still experimental and SUPER AWESOME but loads of people like them now. And then there's Nine inch nails who arent bad ( i like capital G and everyday is exactly the same )

Not all mainstream is bad is all im saying.
Your have a point, i completely forgot about bands who got popular by being good, I'm just used to hearing mainstream and jump on the conclusion that they suck >.<

What's your beef with Rockstar? I admit it's not the best but it's good for singing loud -and off key- at festivals and with friends.
That is, if you don't get all the censors in there.
I agree, I hate "Photograph" a lot more, or this song that they just recently started playing on the radio that sounds like Nickelback singing a damn Celine Dion song.

I would also like to submit "Too Drunk To Fuck" by Buckcherry and "Believe in Me"(?) by Staind. The former is ok, but it's been played way too much and I've grown to hate it, and the Staind song is just whiny garbage.

Theres always gonna be craptacular songs every year, but foremost among the crop released THIS year, I would say...

- Lollipop by Lil Wayne
- Raising McCain by John Rich
- Womanizer by Britney Spears
- Everything from the new High School Musical film.
- Everything Soulja Boy did and all future things he will do.
Basically this.

Delilah - Plain White Tees. Nuff said, really. Oh, and Oasis really are a very, very dull band.

And I'm pretty sure THIS is what you really want to be referring to when you're talking about Euro electro: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=uqJu_3CPhC4

And Obama just won the election... I can finally go to bed :D

Wait. Did Buckcherry cover The Dead Kennedys or is that a completly new song? I'm scared to hear the new version if it is a cover.

Anything by Nickelback...Their music is all the same and their #1 hit song now is the same stupid chord progression as their first hit "Someday"

Plus the singer's voice annoys me.

Pretty much I don't like mainstream music industry as talent is not a prerequisite for fame.

After that reply (it does justify it's own post) I'd like to say incredible work guys. Great suggestions, Put A Donk On It (WHAT THE HELL'S A DONK ANYWAY?!), New Nickelback (and old Nickelback from 2005 (Rockstar) back), Kid Rock, Katy Perry, Ting Tings.

Katy Perry definately winning at the moment. Which is a shame since I think she should be no. 2 and Nickelback No. 1.

AND LEAVE OASIS ALONE!!! They won't be on the list! Quality Control.

Anything by Fall Out Boy, Girls Aloud, any X-factor Winners, club songs etc.
Also, I hate Pendulum! xD
Not that I think they're untalented, though.
I suppose it's down to personal taste.
