He hasn't said that, he just apparently doesn't know what to do with fans that approach him like they've know him his whole life, which you have to admit is pretty weird.

Absolutely not. It's a perfectly reasonable assumption these days, and a suggestion for a good third party to do this through would be very much appreciated.
