Have you ever had a moment when you take people's shit a while and then you dont take it anymore? You snap? You lose control and do and say things that you actually shouldn't?

I would love to hear your experiences!
(everything counts, from online-multiplayer fps to a boring afternoon at school yelling at your teachers)

:D Have Fun!

There was this guy at a party who was basically pissing everyone off with his nasty, degrading comments. I told him he was being a douche and he starts getting all worked up saying stuff like "he can't talk to me like that", so I just snapped and punched him in the face. I calmly left the party and started recieving texts from a few of my friends stating things like "nice punch".

For me, this is a big deal because I can usually take a lot of shit, it has been years since I last hit somebody (and then that was only in self defence).

I once snapped at my father. A day later of cooling down I thought about how much he was doing for me and what he was going through. Then I felt terrible.

I try to avoid snapping. It is a horrible experience for both sides and can bruise a relationship.

Oh yeah. Back when I quit my job, I said and I quote...

"Fuck this shit, fuck you and fuck this store."

I regret nothing.

I rarely snap... but there's a guy called Harry in my year level who does all the time.

A few people in Media Studies (think ITC, but boring) were pulling his mouse off the desk and saying 'Your mouse is running away!', then after only a minute or so he stood up and was yelling at them for about 5 minutes straight.

It was hilarious, to say the least.

At school a few years back, some douchebags were whipping me with their scarves (you know, like you'd do it with a towel) while we were sitting around, waiting for the teacher. They kept it up, despite my moving further away; so I finally grabbed one of their scarves, and held on tight.

When he failed to pull it out of my hand, let's call him douchebag2, walked up to me, and slapped me in the face. I ignored it, and just glared at him. So he started slapping me repeatedly, and kicking me on the shin. I kept my calm and, after a while, started loudly keeping count of how many times he had slapped and kicked me; doing an impression of a football annotator.

Then, finally; he kicked me in the head. I stood up, shouted something in his face, and went somewhere else.

Yes I've shouted at my friends a number of times because of how they treat me, but nothing changed. In fact they find me getting angry at them so fucking funny they tried to piss me off even more after that.

But they've all gone to Uni and I don't give a fuck.

I periodically explode in the direction of one of my housemates regarding how he's a useless fuck in terms of doing anything at all around the house. It doesn't really sink in though, so it's not worth it...
(Seriously, in 2 years of living together he's cooked dinner for the household 4 times, does the washing up only after days of 'persuasion', leaves his stuff all over the place, never cleans the house, ever... It gets annoying fairly regularly)

I don't ever snap. I am blunt and rude just about all the time.
If someone is irritating me, I tell them. Usually in as mocking and derisive a manner as possible.
Negates the need for ridiculous displays.

I haven't but my friend sure had a good one. We were in class with no teacher and I was sitting at his desk sleeping while everyone else was yelling and screaming. The phone rang and just as I pick up the phone (mind you, it was the principal calling for our teacher) my friend yells, "SHUT THE FUCK UP DAMN IT!", and you could hear the principal blow a gasket. I hung up the phone, ran to my desk and we were all silent and waited for the principal.

In elementary school, I was the fat friend of the group (I wasn't obese or anything, just a little thick. But my two best friends were twigs) and several jokes were aimed at me daily. Then in like the 5th grade I snapped, they started making a joke and I was just like "no, I'm freaking tired of it. Stop making those jokes or I won't hang with you guys anymore."

They stopped with the jokes, but we dont hang out too much anymore anyways.
