No. I try not to say things I regret in the long run. I try to consider what I say as much as possible. I only rant about things to close friends.

Oh yeah. Back when I quit my job, I said and I quote...

"Fuck this shit, fuck you and fuck this store."

I regret nothing.
I bet your boss went all: " I DON'T ALLOW CURSE WORDS IN MY STORE!!!!!!"

Or maybe that's just me......

Yeah. Some of the kids that talk to me piss me off, but usually I don't have the nerve to say anything, but when I do, it's bad.

my mum was dating a bloke last year who i REALLY didn't like. he constantly upset, she would then complain to me about how unhappy he is making her, she would break up with him and then get back together with him a week or so later and then complain that he's making her unhappy and the cycle would repeat. after 4th or 5th time she got back together with him (despite me and many other people telling her not to after the second time they broke up and every time since) she started to complain to me again so i told her to shut up

In English class, I want to constantly tear off my teacher's head for NOT FUCKING TEACHING. He just sits there and makes us do worksheets! But I restrain myself because I don't want to go to a shrink.

Exactly this. I don't snap that fast, but if I do I still can manage my anger to channel it to the pinpoint it needs to get trough to someone. People tend to lock up when they get the notion you're angry and don't listen that good anymore (in general terms speaking) but when done properly... they do know what hit them.

I was about 9 I think. I was on the playground after school and I saw this kid hit one of my female friends. He was bigger than her and knocked her down. I just...blanked. The world went red and the next thing I know, I have the palm of my hand pressing up underneath his chin, and he's bent so far backwards, his head is nearly touching the ground. I realized what I was doing and how seriously he could have been hurt, so I dropped him...just in time to get tackled by three of the after school teachers. XD

The same year, I was talking to a friend of mine after school on the playground and out of the blue, a football nails me in the head. I turn to see who it was and this kid is getting ready to throw another one, so I rushed him and hit him in the face with my full momentum from me running. I bloodied his nose and knocked him out. His buddy ran to tell on me. My buddy told me I had just knocked out the principal's son. It was a Christian school, and oddly enough, even though I got sent to the office, I didn't get in trouble. XD

EDIT: I don't get angry very easily at all now. I get annoyed, sure, but it takes a LOT to get me angry, and even then, I'm not normally the yelling or violent type. After the two stories above, I pretty much stopped hitting people unless it was a real matter of self defense.

There, I said it. Shoot me now!
Dude, that's your opinion, if you find it fun, screw anyone else who says otherwise.
I used to go into these semi blood rages anytime I saw anyone getting bullied, I would attack the bully. Almost got me expelled.

Scarily enough, we went through the exact same thing. My vision would go red and I would attack the offender. When some guy was pushing one of my female friends around I tackled him and just... dropped him, knocked him out. Thing is, I kept going, until my friend finally stopped me. I broke his nose and cracked 2 of his ribs.

That's how I quit my last job. I had to put up with passive-aggressive abuse pretty much from day 1 and I finally decided that enough was enough, making my manager cry in the process.

It was glorious.

Being a pacifist you can only hold in your violence for so long say maybe over 3 years...

i think the rest is self explanatory

I've probably broken a few ribs of people I've been in fights with, but so far, no lawsuits. XD

On a more serious note, I was once sorta kinda seeing this girl, who told me she was single. Turns out that she lied. We were at her place just chilling and making out when I see movement from the corner of my eye. I dodged just in time to make what would have been a fatal head wound with a knife into a cut at my right shoulder. Luckily, I'd been practicing Aikido for a while and was able to disarm him. I also pinned him and gave his arm a good wrenching just to make sure that he wouldn't come after me again. I left of course, and never saw either of them again.

I remember back in high school I had a slight stutter (it's pretty much gone now, I'll just mumble sometimes) and some annoying kid in front of me started insulting the way I talk saying stuff like "what's with you? you retarded or something? can't even talk like a person" and "hey J-J-Ja-Jason, talk like a normal pe-pe-pe-person and quit stu-stu-stuttering"
it was around that time I slammed my hardcover textbook into his face (kinda like getting hit with a pie)
I would have gotten in trouble but even my teacher admitted that she would have done that too.
