Things people say on games that make you cringe

It is...? Well IMO Tactics (PS1) is the best but, of the newer FFs, 7 is in general the most solid in a lot of people's opinions. Of course this is all subjective but if your going back, although I agree 6 was awesome and 4 had an amazing story, 7 simply did a lot of things better. Customisable characters without sacrificing intimacy of the story, Huge world and story arc. A twist that throws you and much more.


Edit: OT I suppose whenever on an MMO when someone is found out to be a girl or there is a girl avatar and everyone gets really creepy.

I really liked 8 as well but it seems to be an opinion not shared by everyone. I think it may have been the style of it and possibly the gunblade. The whole Garden battle part was amazing but I still think that I prefered 7 even taking in to account Sephiroth was clearly making up for something.

also another thing that makes me cringe is anyone on the xbox live community that is clearly younger than 17 on a r rated game that their parents bought them trash talking everyone i think im restating what i already said but thats how much this actually annoys me

Mainly its when people judge a game by its graphics, what makes a good game is GAMEPLAY not graphics.

There is a point where graphics can make it harder to play a game though.

Super Mario World gives me headaches because of the colours as does the first Modern Warfare, it's graphics make the game unplayable for me because I can't focus on the colours, I'm quite colourblind.

The thing is...that was meant as an insult. Here's the story:

In my Social Studies class, my teacher was an avid Playstation 3 supporter. He would have mild arguements with these ass-smelling idiots over which console was better: The PS3 or Xbox 360; it was nothing too harmful. My teacher's Xbox insults were genuinely valid, while the stupid kids kept saying....you guessed it....that the PS3 is a grill. They used this "insult" ALL.YEAR.LONG. How the hell is a console/grill a bad thing?

Oh, wait...I forgot, they also called it a doormat. Not as good as a grill, but still pretty useful.

all people who play pyro in tf2, are dicks. Curse pyros and their ability to cause meyham with nothing but the flick of a wrist.

Any time a pyro can just run it like crazy and ruin it for everyone, the sneaky spies cover is blown, everyones on fire running, and the pyro is like lol i troll u hurp derp.

I disagree because i'm a compulsive conspiracy theorist who is paranoid over pyros always ruining things, and being rude people. It's like studying the jock who ruins things for the nerds, well i'm determined to analyze how fools can easily stop the clever ingenious plans of say the spy.

With no real work the pyro can stop the most devious of plans, why is this?

As a pretty good pyro I can say that the most annoying (non-hackers) in TF2 are the incompetent pyros. They totally ruin the pyro's image with their backburner W+M1 ways.
The only salvation for the pyro is people like Don Newman. Anyone who doesn't know who he is should remedy that. Now.

And if you want to kill annoyingly bad pyros as the spy just sit outside of their range and ambassador them to death. I can guarantee they won't even think about using the shotgun. (If they do the dead ringer will let you get away anyway!)

People use the term zerg rush for anything now. A zerg rush is raising a bunch of zerglings at the very beginning of the game to cripple the enemy's economy. Nothing else.

I play on a RP-PvP server on WoW. I will RP on a occasions. It's fun, but a lot of guild recruitment macros are just cringe worthy. I hate quasi-medieval speak. The responses can be just as bad, but that's because its from the people that think people shouldn't roleplay on an RP server.
