Brooding also tends to cheer me up, since, thanks to good old A.D.D., I just end up going on random tangents that eventually make me forget about whatever it was that made me upset in the first place.

Birds. Love them. I have a pair of common blackbirds living in the back yard and many other species appear occasionally so i'm usually in a pretty good mood.
when your watching a movie with your friends and the main character is crying and everyone else is quite but then you suddenly just burst out laughing and everyone looks at you and you stop but then just start again.
