For the Muppets fans here, try this on for size: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olHV1o9TE-8

And what makes me cry? Uh...everything. I'm a crybaby. I admit it. The ending of Return of the Jedi, endings of the Jurassic Bark, Luck of the Fryrish, and Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings episodes of Futurama, end of the Doomsday episode of the new Doctor Who (that one nearly killed me: I had an asthma attack from crying so hard and couldn't find my inhaler), end of the first season of Heroes...I am the easiest mark in the world to make cry, to the point where people use whether I cried or not as a measuring stick to figure out whether something was supposed to be sad or not (like the recent death in House didn't make me cry, so my friends didn't feel bad for not crying).

Yeah, I'm great to be around at funerals. And for several days afterward.

Oh, and here, try this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cmy1V1YGQe4

Nope, I got no soul, either, but I never believed in the concept in the first place.
The Dark Crystal was a great movie, though.

Two things

The first is aircraft cleaning soap in my eyes, as they try to dehydrate due to the soap.

The second, it's from Persona 4. Persona 4 is a JRPG. Get over it.

Persona 4, Nanako-chan, in the hospital, when she dies. I used a half a box of tissues for that part. In fact, thinking about it as making me a bit teary eyed.

Playing MGS4 for the first time.
yeah bad games do that to me too.

Ahh I have to say though, that I've played violent games to the point where I guess I'm desensitized, so I'm not really affected at all by games or movies... Though when Goku dies at the end of Cell... But as has been mentioned a few times in this thread already, girls. One girl I've messed up with a couple of times through my own stupidity (not cheating or something really bad, just dumb shit, that hurts her) at one point I thought I'd lost her forever and i balled my eyes out to her over msn webcam. Needless to say she forgave me

There's paparticular chapter in the book I'm reading. It's about a Navy Force from 2021 going back to 1942 because of a failed quantum experiment, anyway, A kamikaze pilot in a specially made Bomb jet, he's about to fly his jet into the middle of the Soviet Navy(alternate history) and he's reciting a prayer for his baby daughter. That was very sad. Also anything where a main character dies ie
(Boy in striped Pyjamas)The bit where Bruno dies.

PMS + Romance movies = me in tears.

Actually, I ended up in tears last night when someone was nice to me. That was weird.

Hearing my parents arguing when I was younger used to really get to me. 'Cos they really new how to put on a show. Most recently though was just listening to 'Hometown Glory' by Adele, I don't know what it was but it just tapped into something inside me and I weapt for a very long time...god I feel a lot less manly now.

Happy tears or sad tears?.
There's a noticeable difference.

Well, a friend of mine just made me weep openly. By sending me a hyperlink. Of something that I've seen before, multiple times. And if you're over twenty-two, watched western television as a child and don't cry when you watch it then I am utterly convinced that you don't have a soul.

It's a simple little song about a very great man [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufMdo9AyMng].

Now that I've revealed my weakness I feel you owe me one, so I want to know, what makes you weep uncontrollably, even if it is a little silly?
This may sound silly, but hopefully understandable:

Sonic Team making a new Sonic game

They don't deserve that franchise anymore. Lay off the whole team, and murder all of sonic team in grisly, if not interesting ways, give it to new people who will do the franchise justice, and you just resurrected an entire franchise.

In all seriousness though, the ending of MGS3: Snake Eater/Subsistence made me cry my eyes out. I normally don't feel sympathy for video game characters, but that was the first time a game made me weep like a child.

R.I.P.: The Boss.

That and Forrest Gump and Saving Private Ryan.

Well, the last time I actually cried was 3 years ago, when my grandma died completely unexpected and I was sitting there watching my entire family cry.

But that Kiwi video from the first page gave me goosebumps. As do some songs every time I hear them, like Buckethead's Soothsayer, Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven, and Johnny Cash's Hurt.
