Have you ever had a really good day, only to have it ruined by something sad and depressing? I just finished a great book today, one of those teenage love books (I'm serious, it was good), thought it would have a happy ending, and then the author drops a bomb and gives one of the saddest endings ever. Still stuck in my head. Not often I get so sucked into a book.
I'm curious. What was the ending?

And the book (just PM me)
It's a Swedish book, isn't available in English. Sorry.

The book is about a normal guy who meets a beautiful girl at the bus, and falls in love with her. They grow closer, then they slept together. Then he went for a trip, and when he came back, he found out that she had been together with someone else, and never wanted to be together with him. He then slowly falls into depression. By the end, she tells him she will call him, that she wants to help him. He waits and waits, hoping she will call, but then kills himself, just when the phone starts to ring.

Doesn't seem like the strongest story, but it's told in a genius way and really broke my heart, cause I grew such a connection with the main character, cause he reminded me of myself.
i think i have read that book...i think
The big characteristic of the girl he falls in love with is that she has red hair. Ring a bell yet? Are you Swedish? Cause I don't think it's available in English. Maybe it is. I think the title translated would be "Heart's Delight". In Swedish it's called "Hjärtans Fröjd". Yes, the Swedish language is very weird.

Everyday my Mum wakes me up at nine (she doesn't wake me up at that time everyday, I mean the days she does). When will she learn I go to bed at four/five, and nine is not the appropriate time to come in my room and start loudly moving my cloths around and knocking things over.

Teenage love is shallow, and almost always ends in misery for both parties. If there was a GOOD book written on the subject, you MUST point me towards it, because it must be a masterpiece.
It's called Heart's Delight by Per Nilsson.
