For it to be deservedly controversial it would have to feature actual subversive content, such as directly teaching you how to make bombs step by step, you have to attack a real life Western democracy who is oppressing you, and you would have to murder Jack Thompson in the first level with a blowtorch and pliers, and in the second mission you would have to perform a massacre in Fox News's studio building. I would call it "Revolution Number 2009".
