I can't playthough Half-Life 2. I physically can't force myself to continue it. The only bit of fun I had was picking up and chucking random stuff at the officers in the opening bits.

I also can't touch my toes without bending my legs.

but I like to keep potentially lifesaving reflexes.
They're over-rated, trust me.
(On a serious note, if I even wiff cigarette smoke I start to cough quite violently. Probably a placebo effect as I think the smog is spawn of the devil).

I can't kick a football straight as I have dyspraxia and that makes my feet very hard to control (also means if walking around without shoes on I can clip legs of stools and tables quite easily [it hurts]).

I can raise my left eye-brow independantly but not my right.

I can't sit cross legged, well for long.

I can't do push ups. It's like my body doesn't want me to do them, and if I try my back arches outwards so my legs touch the floor. It made PE at school very dull (even more dull that it was to begin with).

I can't drink many pints of booze before feeling nausius. On the plus side I feel drunk quicker. Means cheaper to get that overrated feeling which you always want and forget the disappointment.

I can't prenounce 'R's'. They come out as Arrgh.
I also don't prenounce Ts often due to my messed up accent that's got cockney influence in it.
I study Fine Art.
When people ask what I study I say "Fine Arrghh'"

I can't roll my R's. Whenever I try it comes out either as "Hurdle Durdle," or "Errrrrrrrrr."
Same for me as well, which was really bad when I went on an exchange trip to Spain.

At least I amused the locals and my classmates with the efforts.
I had to take two years of Spanish in order to skip it when I went to college. I had a feeling I should have taken French, but my Mom claimed Spanish would be easier and more helpful since there are a lot of Hispanics where I live. You think I would've learned my lesson about taking my Mom's advice on classes, but no. I tried, and failed miserably at, Trigonometry two years later on her advice... >.>

Resist spewing sarcasm.
If an opportunity presents itself in any conversation, I've made a sarcastic remark before I even have time to register what was said.

As the title says, what can you physically not do?

Me, I can't do push-ups. I'm double jointed in my elbow and possibly my wrists, so I can't bend them the way you have to in order to do a push up. My double-jointedness is also why I can't do bench press.
You ever tried alternative methods of pushups? Sensei taught me a couple because I have bad shoulders. I'm sure you could google them if you haven't tried.

I can't do 'em either, but that's because I have the upper-body strength of a 2 year old. My arms are so weak, it's laughable :D

I also can't fall from 30,000 feet and survive.

All joking aside, I can't wiggle my ears. Or do anything that involves having double-joints (the single-jointed FREAK that I am!). And I can't whistle by putting two fingers in my mouth. I can whistle normally, but just not the other kind.

I can't do Parkour...

...but I *can* do Office Parkour!
Also this. This is the funniest thing I've read/heard today.
I'm not sure that it's something to be proud of, however...

Falcon Punch

No matter how hard I try and how loud I yell, I can't get that falcon to appear when I hit someone.

Catch it all with a bucket and pour it back in through your ear. Trust me, I had this happen when I was forced to sit through twilight, it was the only was I survived.

Floating in the water, I'm a strong swimmer, I'm a lifeguard but I just lye on my back and float in the water, I just fall from horizontal to vertical in like 2 seconds.
I'm completely the opposite. My swimming is floating in a direction, calling it a doggy paddle is an insult to dogs.

(Outside of sheer luck or accident) I can't catch things. My left eye is terrible, and throws off my depth perception immensely. I also have trouble kicking things, because the object is either farther than I thought and the kick tickles it, or closer than I thought and I hurt my foot.
