you listen to chiptune too?, shocking stuff, I thought I was the only one.
Although I do believe it to be in its infancy, only Sabrepulse is the truely break out hit in the chiptune scene. I look forward to the day Chiptune as a genre can stand shoulder to shoulder with the likes of Warp records.

Eh, I just browse around 8-bit collective for the occasional gems. The game-like aspect makes it more bearable when I go on an art spree; I'll not even realise that its 5:00 AM, and my mp3 player has repeated eleven times.

Hmm i mainly listen to metal with the once and awhile classical... i got Gothic, emo, loser, freak.. at my old school we had shitty uniforms to being the 'rebel' i was i wore my band shirts underneath but there was the time where we didn't have to so i wore a denim vest with a Judas priest band T and jeans and all day i had things thrown at me... (more then usual) pine cones (they hurt) food, rocks, paper balls.. and they tended to yell 'hurry up and kill yourself you emo c***'.'go cry to your mummy'.etc. =[ meanies hurt my feelings oh well they are just insecure...

And just cause i don't know any of the bands they mention doesn't mean i live under a rock... I just means i'm oblivious to what's popular within the past... 30 years not that I've been around that long...

I usually get "old man" thrown at my head for loving jazz (especially hard bop), classical music and a bit of opera (depends on the mood really). Why would only old men listen to those things? I don't get it. And well, if having a good taste in music means that I'm old, I wear my "old man" title with pride.
