There are a few games I've fallen through the floor in, and I've lost count on how many times I've gotten out of the map in Halo 3.

Last week when my friends and I were playing D&D.

Our group had just been framed for the murder of a Duke, and were sent to prison. Then my friend brought up an interesting point:

"Every city in our campaign is filled with healers that can resurrect the dead. Why is murder such a big deal when death isn't permanent?"

Our DM gave us a completely baffled look. We all scratched our heads for a couple of minutes. Then we just ignored it and continued playing the game.

In RE5 all the enermies froze and i could still move around but so did sheva so i had to retart the level.

Final Fantasy 10 it was the enemy's turn to attack but they never did so we sat there for about 20 minutes doing nothing.

Mirror's Edge: I kept climbing over a board that I was supposed to be wallrunning along.
TF2: building on hte skybox
Dawn of War: using some mods so that units built instantly and cost nothing, with unlimited cap. I froze the game by auto-building guardsmen and russes.
Republic commando: I made one of my squadmates dissapear. He was still showing up on radar, but he wasn't even in a wall; he'd vanished in open space.

God, I must have done that countless times. In Republic Commando, I would often find my squadmates stuck on things, but I could usually get them out again by killing them then reviving them. But one time, he wouldn't come unstuck and eventually the squad all started shooting at me for my constant killing and reviving of the guy who was stuck. But then, that wasn't really my fault so let's move on.

In Garry's Mod, I downloaded a few maps but whenever I opened them, almost everything was replaced with big red "ERROR"s and when I looked around, the sky changed to... I'm not sure how to describe it. Anyway, turned out I needed CS:S for those maps to work so I bought CS:S during the weekend "CS:S for £3.50" sale on Steam that week.

On the subject of CS:S, I somehow managed to get a BSOD from reloading in CS:S. I imagine that the two things weren't entirely connected but I'm sure it at least had something to do with the fact that I was playing CS:S.

Oh and before I forget, I once managed to cause the pistol in HL2 to be able to reload even when on full ammo. I can't remember how, though. :S

Crashed Left 4 Dead 2 twice now. And always on the same goddamn level, Bridge, Parish....

Accidently got my squad stuck on a wall in Fallout 3's Opertaion Anchorage, had to start to whole mission over as the squad is nessecary to proceed.

I've broken a game once.

I was playing The Force Unleashed Hoth DLC on Sith master and Luke wouldn't stop using cheap attacks.

So I broke him, along with the rest of that fucking game.

Luckily, I got a refund.

Fallout 3 has glitched on me many times, but as I'm on the PS3, I don't think those breakdowns had anything to do with me...

Also fell through the ground in Infamous once.

Assassains creed 2, i hiddenbladed two gaurds in the face, then another before his weapon was out or his friends had hit the ground, then the ps3 just frose, this happens every time I stab someone brfore his 2 friends have hit the ground, but since I've finished the game now it doesn't really matter.

The exact same thing happened twice to me as well.

Mass Effect kept breaking with me, after an hour of putting a new disk in there were tiny burn marks around the inside of the disk. I returned it twice and kept getting the same result. I then returned my Xbox and didn't feel like playing Mass Effect so I left it for a while and then played it when they released an update to install games to the HDD. It's pretty fucked still though, the framerate drops like crazy and it regularly stutters, at least I can play it..

I also accidentally saved the game when I jumped down the big hole in Half-Life 1 where that thing comes out of, but I kept falling and dieing, so that saved was fucked and it was my only save.

I was playing Assassin's Creed 2 a few days ago with a friend, and I was chasing a messenger (one of the guys you need to tackle to get money) and somehow, he froze on a ledge. So we tried to knock him off anyway we could, and once we succeeded he just teleported back to where he was.

While playing Contra I accidentally pulled my joystick out of the console and when I put it back in something went wrong every time I killed a dude I got 1 extra life and so I finished the game with ease

Doom 3 on the original Xbox.

An imp materializes right behind me, so I do a startled jump, turn around in panic as I had low health, and see the thing about to shank me with it's upraised hand.............. that never came down. Freezed in place.
It reminded me of that old Robocop scene where he can scan the retina of a corpse to know the last image the guy saw before dying.
