Without being able to put up a numbered order:
Katamari Damacy, Just Cause 2, Beyond Good & Evil, Vince the Voodoo-doll, Ninja Gaiden (the first one for the Xbox) and Viva Pinata.

Katamari Damacy, Vince the Voodoo-doll and Viva Pinata are pleasing to childish side, I can faff around for abit and just have fun and then shut off the console and not have the urge to complete the game (still havn't done a full run of Vince because I dread that it would ruin the game for me).

Putting me infront of Just Cause 2 is just like putting me in a room filled with LEGO; I will be entertained "for ever" as long as I can have something to eat and drink every now and then.

Beyond Good & Evil and Ninja Gaiden are more difficult to put down why I love them so much.
I have always been kind-of creeped out by BG&E (I have no clue why though :S) though the scenery and palette hypnotize me.
In Ninja Gaiden I spend 70% of the time wailing away at enemies and the other 30 in stores to buy new controllers because I died one time too many and introduced the controller to my appartments concrete wall. But I can't stop playing, it's an unforgiving mistress, but a beautiful one.

Uncharted 1-2 and R&C: A Crack in Time both were extremly colorful compared to what I've played recently. it was a welcome change to the standard brown.

Both the Uncharteds, Trine, Odin Sphere, Enslaved, and the recent Ratchet and Clank games.

Purty, purty, purty.

edit: Forgot about Mirror's Edge. How could I forget?! D:

The World Ends with You has a unique graffiti-inspired aesthetic that makes an impact, and I adore Phantasy Star II's vibrant '80's near-neon. Such color, such sharpness.

I bought Baten Kaitos on its palette alone, though I hear the voice acting is a tragedy, and I'm not looking forward to a card-based battle system. It does seem to promise to be gorgeous, though.

Bulletstorm is quite beautiful in parts.

I was pretty worried that the whole "kill creatively" part of Bulletstorm would get old, really quick.

After having played it SinglePlayer for a good 24 hours total now, I can safely say that "Kill creatively" is a BS salemans-speech.

What you do isn't creative. The game tells you exactly how you should be doing these things, you don't make it up yourself.

That being said, the game is tons of hurts-to-laugh fun, and you can make it quite challenging on harder difficulties, if you force yourself to go for decent Skillshots.

It's entirely possible to just gun your way through it, not doing any Skillshots at all, but if you do that they you're missing the point and Bulletstorm just isn't the right game for ya.

All in all, it's a definete recommend from me, especially for people who get, as the op says: "tired of brown shooters".
